Staff is very professional and helpful. Answered all my questions which I had about the repairs and insurance claim. Kept me up to date with progress of work. Car is now 110%. Will recommend to family, friend and colleagues.
It's been 2 weeks now, and still no network signal 3/4 of the time here in Elma Park, Edenvale. I'm working from home, my daughter does online schooling, we need the internet to be functional at ALL TIMES! I mean I have 3 Telkom LTE contracts and not one has had proper network signal. This has left me to use CellC LTe. At least CellC hasn't let me down.
No Covid-19 protocol followed. Driver got out of the van with NO MASK on, to hand me my delivery. This is unacceptable.
I placed online application for the attached HP deal which was approved. The amount of R399 was debited from my account on the 5th of April. It's now two months later and I'm still waiting for my devices. I received an SMS on the 16th of May stating that my order has been handed to Courier IT for delivery (THD ********** 0). It also stated that it will be delivered within 2 working days. Well, here we are a WEEK LATER and still NOTHING!!! This is the worse customer service I've ever experienced.
