They have the worst customer service, the drivers do as they please and the operator has the audacity to put pick up a personal call while putting you on hold and fail to answer a simple question.

I placed my order and made payment from Evetech on the 14th of December to get my parcel long before Christmas. I used the express shipping with a 24 to 48 hour delivery. After the 3rd day I started calling them as I do understand that my adress is a bit difficult to find. But after 14 days now, explaining to 5 different people exactly how to reach me I am still waiting for my parcel. The delivery guys are extremely rude over the phone. 3 times they called me early in the morning and said they are out with my parcel. Then the whole day nothing happens, around 4 pm I'll call them back to see what is going on. They then tell me they are on the totally wrong side of town and my parcel has to go back to the depot for delivery the next day. This exact scenario has now happened 3 times, and 3 times I've explained to them exactly where I am. You would expect for them to just make a note on the parcel and get it correct the following day. But no, same problem the next day. Called about 30 times in the last 2 weeks and no one seems to be able to help me. Most dissatisfied I've been with a courier service ever

Absolutely disgusted with the non-existent service received from this company. Goods were collected from supplier on the 2nd of July. Quote was for 3 to 5 days for delivery in the Northern Cape. I called on the 8th of July and Spoke to Sylvia who promised to call me back re. my delivery date, she never called me back. I then called again on the 9th and Sylvia (who offered no apology for not returning my call) confirmed that I would receive my delivery on Monday the 12th of July, or even Sunday the 11th of July if all goes well. Needles to say, no delivery and no attempt from the company's side to inform the client,. I called again on Monday the 12th to confirm delivery , this time I spoke to Andre & Charmaine to ask when we can now expect the delivery.. And this time be were promised Wednesday the 14th is our definite delivery day as the parcel was still in JHB. And here we are today, the 14th of July, I called again to confirm delivery only to be told that the item is still in JHB and that we'll now definitely receive it this afternoon (no chance considering the distance that needs to be traveled) or tomorrow.. (yeah right) Called the COO Rob Stead and left a message asking him to return my call, so that he can resolve this matter for me.. Patiently waiting for him to return my call. (sincerely hoping that management team at least has some decent core values and that they value customer service) - Will update my comment with further info if anything changes. In my opinion I would rather trust a local taxi service to transport items before I ask Rhenus Logistics, you might get your parcel way earlier, and if you don't get it, then you could at least argue that it was to be expected.

I was very impressed with your courier company and the service it provided. When I called to inquire about my delivery, I was informed that she would check up on it with the branch office it was sent to. I was promptly called back and informed when my package would be delivered. The driver, called me and asked for a pin point and delivered without delay. Thank you for your excellent service!

I paid for a fast express delivery from Cape Town to Burgersdorp and the parcel was picked up on the 18th of December. It should have been delivered on Monday the 21st of December. I paid for a fast service but Worldnet Express has all kinds of excuses. How are you going to compensate my client and myself for loss of income!!!!! Your service stinks!!

I paid for a fast express delivery from Cape Town to Burgersdorp and the parcel was picked up on the 18th of December. It should have been delivered on Monday the 21st of December. I paid for a fast service but Worldnet Express has all kinds of excuses. How are you going to compensate my client and myself for loss of income!!!!! Your service stinks!!

No Covid-19 protocol followed. Driver got out of the van with NO MASK on, to hand me my delivery. This is unacceptable.

The most amazing service in these difficult times. Thanks to Kirsty and Cheryl at World Net Express in Port Elizabeth. I had parts delivered to my practice within 12 hours from Cape Town and it wasn`t even an urgent parcel. Such professional service from beginning to end. You are both a massive credit and asset to you company.Well done and will never use anyone else.

The worst courier service I have ever experienced. The parcel was meant to be delivered about a 40km distance (JHB to JHB). I called to inquire about the delay to which I was told it got misrouted to Cape Town. Then once it arrived back in JHB, I was told for 3 consecutive days "you will receive your delivery today", which I obviously did not. They failed to deliver it again and again and I only finally received it the following Monday and the parcel was damaged (likely from numerous on-loading and offloading). I would not recommend World Net Express to anyone. They don't even deserve one star.
