I am a client with Cell C. They are phoning me basically every day, after I have told them to please take me off their call list. I receive anything from 1 to 5 calls per day. This is harassment! I have asked them to stop phoning me, I will phone them when I need an upgrade. This is rediculous Cell C. Stop phoning me!!!! This morning I was phoned twice and I asked the lady to put me through to her manager. She then dropped the call.
I have paid Fedex 2 days ago already, via their online link and the tracking still shows that they are not delivering because I have not paid the customs fees etc. Their online system shows I have paid. I have email them several times but no one gets back to you. I need my parcels delivered. This is extremely frustrating!!
I have been passed from pillar to post. I have car finance with ABSA and there is an amount going off on my statement every month for some type of insurance which I need to know what it is for. Can't pay for something that you never use as I have my own insurance with another broker. They send me to a company called Fulcrum that does collections on their behalf. Fulcrum can't help because they need a reference number from me. Back to ABSA, they don't know what I am talking about. Check your statements for amounts going off and query them. I can't understand why ABSA can't tell me what it is for.
UPS had two opportunities to deliver my parcels. The address where they need to deliver is a business address, so there is no problem to deliver. On the 5th of September it was out for delivery and it did not arrive. So, the message on the tracking says it is scheduled for a future date. Come the 6th of September it is out for delivery. It was never delivered. The excuse on the tracking says that the delivery address is in a remote area that is not regularly serviced by them. Blouberg is not a remote area UPS!! You have delivered here many times, also with poor service I might ad. Fedex and DHL is 100 times better than UPS. UPS!! I need my parcels delivered. Now it is weekend and thus have to hope it arrives on Monday so that I can assist my client.
My parcel arrived in Cape Town on the 25th of January 2024. There has been no movement since then. It has been cleared by customs. I have made multiple phone calls and sent emails but nothing happens. The service is very poor and my clients need their stock. Why is UPS service so poor?
It is impossible to get hold of anyone at FEDEX. You have to rely on email only and all other sources are automated. You are constantly blocked from speaking to a person. What type of customer service is this FEDEX?? I have a problem I would like to resolve but your AI is the gatekeeper and won't let anyone in. You think you are saving money by implementing AI but you are in fact annoying customers.
Ridiculous service from the City of Cape Town Water Department. It has been almost a month since I reported a leaking water meter. Twice I have logged a notification on the online C3 system and twice it has been closed. The leak is not big but trickling 24/7 and contrary to the City's policies about wasting water they refuse to fix it. It is the City's responsibility to fix a leaking meter. I pay my rates every month on time why am I not getting the service??
So again ABSA, you have shown that your business is just about the numbers and the client means nothing. On the 1st of September I did an online transaction of which the transaction failed. I phone the merchant the next day and they said they did not receive any payment, which makes sense as the amount is showing pending in my account. I then paid the merchant and the order was concluded but after all this time I have an amount pending in my account. Well..... trying to resolve this is most frustrating as ABSA wants the merchant to do a reversal but the Merchant says they did not receive the funds as the transaction failed. I tried calling ABSA numerous times and they either hang up before uttering a word or the calls are lost or I am transferred. How long is it going to take ABSA to solve a simple problem of giving MY money back!! The service and know-how is definitely not up to standard.
I paid for a fast express delivery from Cape Town to Burgersdorp and the parcel was picked up on the 18th of December. It should have been delivered on Monday the 21st of December. I paid for a fast service but Worldnet Express has all kinds of excuses. How are you going to compensate my client and myself for loss of income!!!!! Your service stinks!!
A few months ago I upgraded my Vodacom Fibre from capped to uncapped. The person on the phone quoted me R599 including VAT. I received the quote and accepted it. Now they are charging me R640. I have contacted them via email and all I get is system replies. No resolution. Sort this out please. SR200701-471125
