I placed my order and made payment from Evetech on the 14th of December to get my parcel long before Christmas. Now I do realize this has more to do with the courier company, but it is Evetech who made the terrible decision to use Rhenus Express(011 409 9900, infojnb@za.rhenus.com) They used the express shipping with a 24 to 48 hour delivery. After the 3rd day I started calling them as I do understand that my address is a bit difficult to find. But after 14 days now, explaining to 5 different people exactly how to reach me I am still waiting for my parcel. The delivery guys are extremely rude over the phone. 3 times they called me early in the morning and said they are out with my parcel. Then the whole day nothing happens, around 4 pm I'll call them back to see what is going on. They then tell me they are on the totally wrong side of town and my parcel has to go back to the depot for delivery the next day. This exact scenario has now happened 3 times, and 3 times I've explained to them exactly where I am. You would expect for them to just make a note on the parcel and get it correct the following day. But no, same problem the next day. Called about 30 times in the last 2 weeks and no one seems to be able to help me. Most dissatisfied I've been with a courier service ever Update: This morning is now day 15 and my parcel was left at the depot cause there is 2 different addresses on and I have not answered my phone before 7 to let them know which one is the correct address. I have now accepted that I will never receive my parcel and will phone Evetech once they open to get my money back

I literally needed to switch over to my mobile data to write this review. I'm so sick and tired of having issues with my connection. The only reason that we're making use of them is cause there is no other option in my area.
