I bought a fridge at makro last year and it broke, Makro sent out Defy to replace a broken part 2 times after the the fixed the problem it broke again. I phone Makro after they fixed it and told them it broke, they told me they will phone me to tell me if they will replace the the fridge since then they did not phone me it's now a month what I don't have have a fridge and I have 2 children I must keep the food cold I can't. I use a cooler bag to keep our food cold.
I bought a fridge last year and it broke after a year now I must wait for a week and a half for an call back that they told me they will send someone to come and look at it no feedback from Makro I have 2 children and I can't keep there stuff cold, When I call I don't get feed back. I will not se port Makro for there bad service
i dont have internet for 3 weeks they tell me they will fix it but they dont do it i must buy my own data to use it at home and i must pay air broadband for internet they tell me they will phone me and they dont do it i must ask every day what is the problem
Ek het aan soek gedoen om my kar in te ruil by hulle en ons het 'n ooreenkoms gehaat dat hulle Dinsdag die 21/05/2019 die kar sal kom af lewer by my en so het dit nooit gebeur nie elke dag het hulle 'n storie gehaat toe op die einde se hulle ek kan nie meer nie kar kry nie na dat ek 'n offer op my kar gehaat het en gesê het ek het hom klaar verkoop aan toyota, die persoon wie se kar wat ek sou gekoop het by toyota het 'n nuwe kar gekoop by hulle maar nooit 'n deposito gegee nie maar hulle gee hom 'sy ou kar trug en se vir my dit is nou maar so. ek het 'n aan bod gekry vir R140 000 privaat nadat ek toyota se aanbod aanvaar het van'n kar wat goedkoper is ek sou 'n xuv 500 w6 by hulle gekry het
