ABSA ***** ON MY ACCOUNT
ABSA debited my account after my credit life policy paid out my loan, this query was dealt with by a lady at the complaints department, my account has been paid in full for the next year and yet they went and debited my account again, absa committed ***** on my account. Everyone will know what absa did to me.

Useless
I have sent them my retrenchment letter with my proof of income so my monthly contributions must be less according to their model. They have been devoting my account based on a salary that I used to earn 3 months ago.

Quick to take your pension whilst employed but delayed to pay when withdrawing.
I have submitted my application for withdrawal for my pension fund on the 13 December 2024. I am still waiting for my monies to be paid out. There has been a few colleagues of mine who were paid out already. Sanlam asked for my documentation to be send yet nothing has been actioned. Sanlam is so unprofessional yet they claim to be one of the best in South Africa. I hope something will be done, if not, I will report this to every social media platform and let South Africa know what type of services I received from them.

Riviera not maintaing the course
I played golf at riviera gold course. It was the worst experience ever. Mosquito bites, roughs are terrible. Course not wel maintained. Horrific experiene. I will never or let anyone i know go play there.

Online banking
Hi, my account was locked by the fraud department. I tried sorting it out for the last week. I have spoken to 4 different agents and yet nothing has still been Resolved. My personal account and the business account has been blocked from entering into online banking. I have been given reference s as well for all the calls I made, today I spent over R300 on airtime trying to resolve my issues. My employees s are not going to be paid because of FNB. They are taking my kids and employees food out of the mouths. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. FNB claims to be the number one bank in South Africa. I totally disagree with that statement. I hope my problem will be seen too so my family and employees can eat a plate of food.
