Bad customer service
I have noted that pick n pays have terrible que management and just thought they are cutting staff but then I went to pick n pay Jean Crossing to but wors roll & was so appalled when the person who was preparing them just put the hotdog roll on oil pick n pay leaflet, mind you that leaflet have colour that cannot be good for putting cooked food direct to. I then asked the lady that I was not comfortable with the use of the paper, she was working with a trainee who apologize sincerely but this permanent staff that I noted because of the uniform did not show my remote and just took plastic that we don't know why it covered and placed on the counter. With the closing of the others shops you will expect them to atleast do anything right so that the customers they still have ensure operation.

Suspicions call
I don't think this company is legit because if its legit they would have trained their consultants. The person who called me just now and said that i have an MTN account and i indicated i don't have and which branch handed me over she said MTN MTN that i know. MTN they say i don't have an account with them but the person said they calling on behalf of MTN that is suspicious.
