I went for a henna eyebrow tint. I asked if there is anything like paroxide or amonia in the henna, which they are using for the tint. They say no definitely not. When I was there for the tint, I asked again. Well my face swarted swelling, I can not see out of my eyes, it is closed regarding the swelling. It cost me R360 and now it is gone. The doctor gace me cortizone tablets and cream. The consultation was R500.00 and the medicine a lot. Placecol The Village in Moreletapark Pretoria must please give me my money back. I,ve signed a contract in March 2020 with Errol van der Westhuizen for Mytravelution. First Errol van der Westhuizen said that see that I am a pensioner my cash amount will be R30 000.00. When he starts with the contract the amount was suddenly R32 087.00. I,ve asked him if this is the only amount that I am going to pay and he said yes, I,ve asked him if there is going to be monthly installments he said NO. I called his office in April just to make sure that there is no payments that I have to pay monthly. He was not available but I speak to Reaz and he assure me that I have paid fully and no monthly payment will be deducted from my accounts. Today 4 June there is an amount of R1064.00 out my account to them. I can not reach him, because he did not want to give his number for me. I really would like to cancel my contract and my amount of R32000.00 must be deposit into my account this week.
Acc 113250491 I did not failed to meet my obligations. I am a client from Homechoice for nearly 10 years now. In August 2018 I placed an order with the lady Monuxindixo. I asked her that it must be a cash transaction - no montly payment. She said when I received my good invoice I must just deduct the facility account fee from the total due. The total due amount was R4 385.39. The facility account fee was R413.89. After the deduction of the above as I was told the balance was R3 971.50. I paid immediately R4000.00. See that I am a client for years. Now after 9 months homechoice called me daily and said that I owe them money and that was not their policy. Every call you make to them they said that the call will be recorded, but they refuse to send me the call that was recorded. My lawyer advice me that it is a binding between the client and the company and they must forward me the call that was recorded. I have talk to the people at VVM (Sharon and Saiq) and they said that homechoice must forward me the call that was recorded. Why woud I pay R4000.00 and not the balance of R385.39. After all the interest they put on the account the amount is now R787.25. Please help me I do not owe homechoice any money. I ordered good from Home Choice in September 2018. I Asked the lady over the phone that it must be a cash transaction. She said when I received my Goods Invoice I must deduct the facility account fee and pay the outstanding balance. My total due was R4385.39 and deduct the facility fee which was R413.89. I paid R4000.00. For the last 4 months the call me everyday and said that I owe them money. I asked them to listen to the call that was recorded. But they still call me everyday. Please their services are no longer required and the employees do not know how to speak to clients. Will definitely never order at them again.
