I am very angry and disappointed with Nedbank, I have call to apply for a relieve as there is uncer*****y with covid 19, as most of the employers says no work no pay, I have ask for a relieve for my bond, with my biggest surprise am toss from pillar to post, requesting letters from HR, of which not possible as they have shut down already, Georgina one of the consultants that I spoke to was no help at all, yet they say they have join standard bank and giving financial relieve, all this is a lie
I had thee worse service at audi the Glen, my car was towed in on Monday, I received a message saying my car arrived safe, there after hell started, my service provider Rudolph, did bother to call I had to call every day to ask what was happening always he will be with a costumer, as if I am not, that what the lady that transfers calls would say, worse of it all, on Thursday morning I call the receptionist say he is with a costumer, after she cuts me off, I get a massage from Rudolph and says he stak in traffic, in a nut shell, Audi the Glen your are the worst, starting at the reception, I was an audi fan, I think my time is up with you, angry costumer
