The Claims Notification System fell over in October 2021 and has since not worked properly When are they planning on fixing it once and for all? It is getting really boring to constantly having to ask for information and getting half baked answers.
The key cutting lady at Castle Gate cannot cut keys properly and then just shrugs her shoulders saying that the key profile is wrong 😑

Was supposed to deliver a parcel to my house before 17:00 on Monday; 3 October 2022. At 15:15 the last update on their "non functional tracking system" was that the parcel arrived at the incorrect centre and will be rerouted. Nearly 24 hours later and still no indication as to when they will actually deliver the parcel.
A big shout-out to Ronel and her team at Dischem Castle Gate (Pretoria). They promised to deliver our repeat script on 1 July 2022 and they did, even though it was after 18:00 at night and load shedding already started, their friendly driver showed up and professionally delivered parcel number 48 for the day! You are truly people who stick to what they promised they would do!
When will the Carlswald branch ever have a script 100percent correct and prepared in time? Even if you e-mail them to pre-pack medicine, you still wait and scripts that are pre-packed are incorrect On top of it all the Manager acts as if she is then doing you a favor picking the meds and blame the “pandemic” at 16:00 when a 10:00 e-mail is still not ready

When I call again you get another "service consultant" whose main mission is to explain to me "how it works" That they work from home and that they call back when they can REALLY! Obviously working from home is not working - I am back in my office and your poor service is frustrating!
I bought a Philips iron through Takealot, it stopped working not even a year after I bought it Returned it to Takealot on 31 January 2022. They had to beg Philips to collect the iron for assessment Today is 22 February 2022 and there is still no answer What must I do in the meantime? How do I iron clothes in my house? How much longer will it take?
I bought a Phillips iron through Takealot which had a two year guarantee. The iron stopped working on 28 January and Takealot collected the iron on 31 January. We are now on 9 February and I still do not have an iron. Had I known that this would be how a purchase guarantee through Takealot would be handled I would have bought the iron through a normal retail shop instead where I could take my broken iron, the purchase slip and exchange it for a new one over a period of 1/2 days. I exchanged my kettle at Pick 'n Pay in less than 30 minutes - not 9+ days....
Same old story, your claims notifications still does not work - nearly two months down the line. surely it cannot just be mine that is not working. Please send me Adrian Gore's PA's number - like I have asked before your team of experts working on the problem can then answer to him once they wake up
