Worse service ever by the new Sales person. bought a fog lamp which i had to pay for in advance as only one in stock and the sales person promised to call within 7 dats once the other part arrives from Gauteng On the 25/08/2025 paid for the part, a week later no follow up from the sales person to say he dont have it. went in 2 week after was told that the part on its way called in at end of October no part arrived and this is without the curtesy given to me who paid and is waiting to hear when the part has arrived. Today 06/10/2025 get a call from the other salesman stating I have to now give an additional R250 because the part more after i already paid a month and 2 weeks ago. told him how disappointed the service was and that the word was not kept and to add insult to injury no more money is need. His reply was that if I do not want to pay the additional money they will refund me what was already paid for the parts a month and 2 weeks ago invoice proof I have. No apology very arrogant and very abrupt behavior is really very unbusinesslike etiquette.
Up until 12 November 2022 rain has had no issues and out of the blue they down 3 days 3days without internet with no end in sight as to wen the service will be restored. It makes me real sad that I left Fibre for 5G. Rain does not communicate with its affected clients and worse no after hrs reporting structure nothing accept you wait till they get it sorted I mean 4 days now and it's down with no positive info as to wen services will be restored Very very very sad and pathetic service!!!!!!
I don't even want to give it a rating Ram courier service the worse service ever I had to experience with a courier services 😕 They send you a sms saying that their courier has been despatch and on route with your parcel . O had to sit from 08h00am to 17h00 waiting for my parcel phne numerous times to establish what te the courier would be by me and I was told they could not give me a time they will be at me. I had so many other important things I had to do and I could not because I could not get a time for delivery. At 16h15 I was still sitting waiting for the courier to arrive. This is very bad service and to top it of a extremely arrogant customer service manager named Rethabile very arrogant rude.
Was realy disappointed to drive 950 kilometers to Kranskloof. 1. the road leading to the place was a gravel and very bad road for my car if we new this we could have used our bakkie. the pool so small their was 4 big teenagers in the pool and my son and daughter could not enjoy the pool being to small. kitchen was small and had no cupboards to pack groceries in it. the owner did not come and check if we were happy the Saterday morning and he hardly smiles. To add injury to insult we had to watch how the owners dog was going into the pool. very unprofessional lodge accomodation. so yes i will put my review on Halo peter so that others are aware of what they in for wen booking their.
