DELRON RYCE is the guardian angel everyone needs! He made sure I was assisted when I got stuck due to car issues, he arranged security to wait with me while waiting for the tow truck and also followed up to check if everything went well afterwards

I ordered a bunch of items from Takealot and when I unpacked them I realised there was one item missing. I contacted their support and had the WORST experience ever!!! They asked for the S-label numbers of boxes received, I provided them then they kept sending an email everyday saying they are still investigating, after 4days I asked them when exactly will I receive a resolution then they started asking for pictures of items received??! When I explicitly told them I received everything from the order except 1item. They then told me that they won’t resolve this issue until they get a picture. What’s a picture got to do with the 1item I didn’t receive??? Plus I’ve already unpacked the items I did receive, it will be a tedious process to gather everything just for a photoshoot. The issue is the item that is not there, not the items that are there. So yah I’ve accepted that I got ****med by Takealot!

No customer service at all!!!!
Telkom cut off all my lines I have with them because of a credit limit that I didn’t know off?!!! I don’t get why this wasn’t communicated with me??!! And then they cut it in the middle of the month?! Why not cut it if my debit order fails?! Where’s the customer service here???!!! I’m super disappointed with this!!!!
