I am unhappy with certain services from Discovery Insure. I had a claim with them done in May 2022, it took a whole month for the repairs on my car to be done. eventually when the repairs was done and my car was returned the beginning of June 2022, I had noticed that several items from my car was missing and emailed them immediately to inform them. these items included: the boot cover board, drivers side floor mat, a white hot water bottle that was on the backseat, Versace sunglasses that was underneath the steering wheel, One black rayban sunglasses in the cubi One brown sunglasses in the cubi A bottle of ck1 perfume also in cubi And a usb that was in the radio (There were pictures proving that all these items where in the car when they had it at the various centers during the time that my car was in for repairs) After several emails and phone calls, trying to determine where and when these items had gone missing. one of the company's involved in the repairs section had agreed to replace the back boot cover lid and the front mat which i am happy about but till today 25/08/2022 have not received anything, not a email or call about these two items. As for the other items they had told me there's nothing they can do about it. keep in mind that the items where in the car as they provided me with pictures of the items being there but when returned to me the items were missing. I'm am utterly disgusted that they are not willing to do anything about this. To sum it up these item were stolen, which also means they can not be trusted when peoples cars in for repairs as things in the car can go missing and they wouldn't be able to track what had happened. I am NOT SATISFIED with the outcome of this issue.
On Saturday evening a group of friends and I went to extra Blatt for my Pre birthday party supper. As it was our first time visiting the establishment we were quiet excited only to be left with a bitter taste in our mouths by the **** poor hospitality and service. Firstly the host, was so rude and abrupt with us. He really made us feel unwelcomed and treated us as if we were bottom feeders. Then comes the service from the waiter. He's lucky we still tipped him after he kept on forgetting our drinks and serving other tables while taking our order. Like he would take one of our orders then run off to another table to help there while there were other waiters just standing around. He never even introduced himself to us. Then when it came time to pay the bill, because we were a group we had split the bill among ourselves 2 paid with cash and the rest with our cards. While ringing up the transactions he kept going to the table behind us not focusing on what he was doing at all and kept ringing up the bill incorrectly. What a bitter taste this has left in our mouths and completely damped our moods and we just left. The host was really friendly with the people he knew and even left people upstairs even after he told us it was full to capacity but let his friends in after he had refused us. I just feel that we were treated a certain type of way and never would I have ever thought that I would experience this personally. Never again will I set foot in Cafe Extrablatt.
I have taken my cell phone in to cell c Kenilworth center the beginning of May for repairs because it started to give me problems after only a month and a half of having it. They have not notified me to let me know what was happening with the repair. After going into the store on the 19th of May they then told me they were going to give me a new one because it had a manufacturing fault and that one was being ordered for me. It is now June and still I haven't received the cell phone. The consultant said it would take less than a week to get to the store. I have paid the contract for the month for a phone that I do not have. And it is now going into month number 2.
