Have had a previous business relationship with this electrician. Reported fault and came out no problem. Advised fault and gave a price. Repeatedly contacted me and advised that I was waiting for the insurance company to come back. Finally I said go ahead and he asked for a upfront payment if R 1800.00 which I paid and then he ran away with the money and never returned as well as blocking my number. Total disgrace! Name Mogamat Arendse.
Bought a Christmas gift for a family member and unwrapped… it was incomplete… totally dissatisfied and disappointed… don’t buy online with Makro… and I had to phone Head Office to get my delivery!! I spent 1.5K … not acceptable
I have had a assurance policy/ funeral/ Life cover with FNB for a number of years. In Late July I informed them that I have changed banking to Capitec. They forwarded me a change notification that this was in fact done. To date, this is not the case, on the life policy but only the funeral cover. I have had numerous correspondence from October, November, December as well as a telephone conversation in December informing them that the changes as requested was not done. I find this despicable as should something have happened to me in time period , they have put my family at risk, as any claims would be repudiated!
Order number ********** 16. Placed and order for a bouquet Tulips along with Diemersfontein Pinotage and Lint Chocolate for a Lady who has just become a Grandmother for the first time. I don't see the pont of the flowers been delivered and thw whole gift set not delivered at the same time...It defeats the impact that is trying to Make. To spend 865.00..I feel that is a waste of time!
