Extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. I deeply regret purchasing a vehicle from them. The licensing process has taken over 3 months, with incorrect installment quotes and zero feedback from the dealership. I've had to constantly follow up, only to be met with silence. Their lack of customer-centricity is appalling. I strongly advise against considering this dealership. Think twice before making a purchase here – you've been warned! I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
Incredinle connection Poor customer service. Took in a laptop that was a few weeks old that was faulty at the beginning of November 2020. Still waiting for the laptop after numerous follow ups on email and telephonically. The manager does not even respond to the emails. Will not even think of buying anything there again. Still waiting for the laptop almost 3months later
Excellent service Great products Absolutely fantastic shopping experience
Firstly, the owner of Supa Mac Frik, is a very good service orientated individual who treis to assist and fix the dispute as swiftly as possible. The staff of the establishment, is rude, unfriendly, use foul words towards customers and does not care about customer service. The shop had to fix our car and quoted a very high price, with high markups on the parts. We could get the parts cheaper if bought directly from Goldswagen, which we did saving over R8000. The manager Paul, was very upset that we took this route that fitted our pocket, and this already made us feel uneasy, given this is our car they will be working and he made no secret letting us know that he is not happy. We ordered the parts from Goldwagen, who delivered directly to Supa Mac. The called a day later to say the car is ready for collection. We drove a few days and the car started leaking oil, jerking and was worst than before. We called Paul, who at one stage swore at my husband for asking why is the car not fixed properly. Eventually we found out that Goldwagen issued the incorrect part and Supa Mac, installed the wrong part, as they didnt order it themselves. No phone call to the Goldwagen who usually probabaly supplies them with parts or to us to say- This is incorrect part. The part cost over R10K. Goldwagen and Supa Mac acted to poorly and gave us no direct answer as to who will fix the problem. Ultimately it was both, as the one issued wrong part not checking the vin number properly and the other installed the wrong part. We werent willing to pay for anything as we did already and had to end up calling regional manager of Goldwagen and Frik of Super Mac who assisted us. We were regular clients of Supa Mac and felt very disapointed in the service we received from them and being a first customer to Goldwagen- it was a sour one. Point is, a mistake can happen, but at least apologize and own up to it without the customer having to go through all this trouble. Be courteous and polite and not treat customers like dirt if they complain.
