I am requesting urgent assistance regarding incorrect credit bureau reporting relating to an account with LendPlus Technology that formed part of my registered debt review. Account Details • Credit Provider: LendPlus Technology • Account Number: 72701 • Debt Review Reference: DAD-475692 Account Timeline • 03 September 2024 – Account opened with an opening balance of R2,538. • October 2024 – Reported as 30 days in arrears. • November 2024 – Reported as 60 days in arrears. • December 2024 – Reported as 90 days in arrears. • January 2025 – Reported as 120+ days in arrears. This account was subsequently included in my registered debt review under reference DAD-475692. However, the credit bureau reporting currently shows inconsistencies that do not accurately reflect the debt review process: • The payment history suddenly reflects “OK” after January 2025 without explanation. • The report currently reflects “Months in arrears: 0”. • The account shows a balance of R0.00 and is recorded as closed on 09 December 2025. • The debt review status and arrears history were not properly updated. I contacted Experian to correct the information and was advised that the update must be submitted by the debt counsellor. Unfortunately, the counsellor has not responded to multiple requests to correct the reporting. Accurate credit reporting is required under the National Credit Act, and incomplete or inconsistent reporting may negatively affect a consumer’s credit profile. I am therefore requesting that LendPlus Technology and the relevant parties urgently assist in correcting the credit bureau information so that it properly reflects the debt review process and accurate payment history. If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will be escalating the issue to the National Credit Regulator and other relevant authorities for further investigation. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Does this company really have people who actually do work? 1st they answer their phones after more than 30 minutes only to meet an agent who has been programmed to talk about process. Those processes which makes them *********** only benefit them,as consumers,there is nothing to gain out of them, My Debt Councillor submitted Clearance Certificate on 05 August 2024, days later, i check with other competent bureaus,my information has been updated, But Experian Jeso, I was told by Kamogelo that i have to wait for those which came 1st,Haibo, i know moes,by virtue of holding on the phone for more than an hour tells me that, I think people who work at this company clearly know they dont have competition,the banks and all credit providers literally beg to be with them,then in turn they do as they please to consumers, Lets not event mention their email system which will send you one and only auto reply and thats it, you will never hear from them again, Experian is really the most *********** bureau,although my recommendation is useless,as they are big,but yeerrrrrrr
I was misled by a law person into not following Zero Debt process,while he was misleading me,i lost money at the same time, Jacky Lakay is a natural born leader, she was professional and remained calm in order to steer me to my financial freedom. 17 January 2024 - Zero Debt facilitated an assessment in terms of Section 86(7) for me, as i had multiple loans. Some of my credit providers refused the program and i settled them end of january 2024. During the assesment, Zero debt added an account that was closed on 03 January 2024, they went on to add 2 more none existent accounts, Asif that was not enough, they added my rental account into the assesment,which i later found out they were not supposed to. End of January R2000 was debited from my account which i reversed as i picked up the issues with incorrect accounts and none existent account and they refused to fix their mess, 23 February 2024 I sent Lungile a whatsap message on their whatsap line requesting a way forward as my situation changed and i no longer needed their assistance since the assessment was flawed, He advised i should send an email of my intentions to withdraw,at that time there was no debt review flag on my profile, Atleast up until Noxolo came into the mix, 20 March 2024 suddenly there was a debt review flag on all bureaus, 06 May 2024 17W was issued to me suspending their services due to none payments by then,i already settled my accounts without their assistance. I requested another consultant to redo my assesment, but since they noticed that the as*****t will expose their neglect,they emphasized on the payment they wanted to issue a clearance certificate. On 07 April 2024 I reported the matter to NCR who are currently investigating it, On 10 July 2024 NCR sent them an email requesting documents to assist with the investigations, Same day, One of Zero Debt team leaders sent me an email saying i should lie to NCR and say i am sorted, I am not sorted Zero Debt, i lost 7 months of my credit life that i will never recover due to a wrong debt review assesment, and now you are holding me hostage with fees i have to pay that cannot be justified. I lost job opportunity that needed a vehicle,but i couldnt buy one due to a flag that i did not deserve. I would not recommend this people to anyone, You ruined my LIFE!!!
On 01/06/2021 i was approved for a Bachelor flat at Station Place, Reference PID 1372142 for R3600 monthly rental,for a 1year contract, due to covid 19 unforeseen circumstances 3 months later my work contract had to be frozen,i notified city property about my inability to make rental payments,but they went on to blacklist me for R13639.00 As per ITC Account Open Date:01-06-2021 Last Payment Date:02-08-2021 Open Balance:R0.00 Current Balancce:R13639.00 Are you trying to get your money back or you are trying to destroy people? You even know that going to court is expensive and resort to just leave a ridiculous amount on peoples credit profiles,this is uncalled for,there are way to geet your money back than play tricks,so goodluck to other potential tenants
