Bad experience lost money and trust in online purchasing... Very dissapionted
They came to fix my fridge took my money and I had to almost beg them to come have a look at it for a few months and I contacted them the day they supposedly fixed it. Only when they finally came back they changed some pipe and left again. Today I am still struggling and sitting with the same problem that I called them for. And the were not the cheapest around. How can bussines be so cunning that they don't care if their clients are happy or not... Who do they think will help support and grow their bussines when they treating us like this?
I bought 2 footlong pies and it was the most horrible thing ever and at R49 each! I have emailed their customer care but it seems the customer's opinion does not matter because they didn't respond. I did not see it until I got home it was clearly sime8that has been reheated over a couple of days and also not the first time. I chose to go back because I thought it was only that one time. I also contacted them then and nothing happened. So people think long and hard before throwing your hard earned money away on the products of King Pie. They should change their name to Trash can garbage. I am so disappointed and feel cheated!
Still awaiting feedback. Apparently they are looking into the matter and I have no idea how long this will supposedly take. And my premium that was deducted by "mistake" will only be returned after some time but they were fast to deduct when they shouldn't have.... Their sorry for your loss means thank that we've gained.
I have had the worst experience a person could ever have from this Metropolitan Life. And would strongly suggest that people watch out when dealing with them. Firstly they take literally a few minutes to sign you up over WhatsApp making you believe it is that easy . Then they give you incorrect information, false hope and mislead you. Due to incorrect information I was denied my claim after being mislead with untrue information. Then I was ignored and had to ask again and again for feedback. I was asked and has submitted my proof of the misleading and incorrect information OF WHICH THEY AGREED WAS WRONG BUT STILL COULDN'T CARE LESS because they sent me the correct information AFTER giving me incorrect information. Then when I sent a request to cancel I was ignored OR they wanted to buy time to take more money from me. I only got a response when it was too late . Within 1 minute my of my salary being deposited into my account they went and still took the premium. METROPOLITAN LIFE WILL FROM NOW ON ALWAYS GET MY VOTE FOR WORSE SERIVE RENDERED EVER. They clearly only for the money and their soft words of condolences and sorry for your loss or we sorry you feel that way is just that...WORDS. How you people sleep at night knowing you take money from people who work so hard for it , is beyond me. Never ever will I even consider taking a policy from METROPOLITAIN LIFE!
