To CEO Henry ****ara of Renasa insurance company limited. I am disgusted with the service I have recieved from this isunrance I have an ongoing claim from September 2020 an still ongoing i am not getting any where with the staff or getting assistance. I my vehicle has been stolen vehicle has been recovered multiple damage to the vehicle. The vehicle was assest in 3 occasions an on every occasion more damage was identified which the assesor has not identified how to i trust a company if an assesor cannot do his job without the client being there. The was a few things rejected which the insurance refused to claim which was all working before the car was stolen 3 window mechanism of the windows. The vehicle till today has not had a proper assesment done to it because it comes accross as if the insurance doesn't want to fix all the damage. Then another concern was my excess of R25000 when I took the lower millage of at the begining of lock down I was not made aware that my excess busters an other extra will be removed this is an ongoing complaint with Renasa from September 2020. I have now recieved a call from the panel beaters stating that the storage fee is R20000 and the insurance gave my details to the panel beaters which is something that the insurance is surppose to take care of. The correspondance between client an renasa is very poor service. I complaints was made with renasa I have been brushed off. The journey that I have undergone as a paying client is very poor I have asked to have a i dependant report done I was denied by renasa again why. SA homeloans On Saturday the 12 September 2020 the plumbers came to do an inspection on the geyser. The plumbers was notified that the water is leaking into the bedroom, yet they never closed the inlet to the geyser so that the leaking can be stopped the bedroom cupboards are all wet due to negligence of the plumbers, On the 14 September 2020 The plumbers came at 15:00PM (The plumbers left the property at 20:30) While they were disconnecting the old geyser not sure what they did but the water started coming out of the ceiling, the plumbers damaged the ceiling leaving a hole in the ceiling the water damaged my computer monitor keyboard and the tower. The water fell on the bed floor damaging a lot of personal belongings. The bed was soaking wet and when reported to the plumbing company the recommendation was that a plastic be put on the bed to resolve the issue wanting my family to sleep on a wet bed. I am disgusted with the service and all the damages to my property. I have enough evidence of this to be taken further. I am following the process to see what the insurance is going to do about this. The plumbers were happy to replace the ceiling from their side and the monitor and keyboard and that was it. I am disgusted with the recommendation provided and that SA home loans has a company like this working for them. I am happy to take this to the financial ombudsman should I not be happy with the outcome or the resolution to this. Due to negligence of a 3rd party appointed by the insurance. I await feedback from you on a resolution to this mess. There are a few videos that i have that i would like to share to show the qaulity of work provided.
The worst work I ever seen at cape panel beaters. I paid a fortune to receive the worst work ever I will never ever recommend anybody to them they charge a fortune for **** work R60 000,00 later. I I'm requesting for a manager of cape panel beaters to make contact with me.
