Ford dealers are the worst.
Poor service from this dealer, failing to perform an outstanding service bulletin, ON BRAKE HOSES THAT FAILED!!! This is a serious safety issue. Other outstanding repairs were just ignored and after several calls I could not manage to get a repair date or booking.

NO MORE FORDS FOR US
Sure they helped me when I had a breakdown......when all other Ford dealerships waved me off, due to full workshops. They just never repaired my brakes,instead they performed a Recall/bulletin that was outstanding. Halfway home the caliper failed and I was stranded..... they could not care less!!! They kept insisting that my warranty was void, but refused to see that THEY HAVE NOT DONE THEIR JOB OF REPAIRING MY VEHICLE . They simply said I must get it to them, and that it was safe to drive it to Pretoria using ONLY MY HANDBRAKE. Till today I have not heard anything from them again.....UTTERLY PATHETIC!!!!

Utterly Pathetic!
Utterly ridiculous poor pathetic service!!!! Two months for items advertised and qouted,paid for........and no reply from them anymore!!! They took my money and sent incomplete shipment......

UTTERLY Incompetent!
Utter Utter Horrible Pathetic service!!!! I will never ever do any type of business with them again!!! I tried twice....burnt!!!!
