I was so disappointed at the treatment i received from capeunion at gateway
I bought 4 jackets 5 months ago and after i washed one of those jackets twice it had 4 holes but the other jackets i still fine. I tried returning the jacket to capeunion gateway but i was told to pay R600 rands, i refused because i feel ****med, ****** and so disappointed how can i pay for same jacket twice within 5 months.
I was totally dissatisfied with the explanation and rrasons i got from the gateway staff when i tried to return my jacket. In June 2025 i bought 4 old ***i jackets for an amount of R3000. I discovered that after i washed the jacket it had two holes and after another wash it two more holes. I then decided to take the jacket back to gateway capeunion mart but i was told that i must pay exactly the same amount i paid when i bought the jacket from new which is R600 or R150 for each whole. I told the staff member at capeunion that i wont be able to pay twice for the jacket i bought 5 months back. The other jackets i bought on the same day i still in good condition but i also washed them. One of the staff members (Bret) told me write in my face that it was my fault that the jacket had four holes. I always buy jackets at capeunion but this time i was so disappointed at the treatment i received because he also told me to call head office and asked him one must i call head office when am at their shop. He told me to take jacket back and wait for his call because he was going to email the pictures but i told that i drove 2 hours to be at gateway. He was not concerned about what i was saying to him but he was concerned about making his point and blaming me for the holes in my jacket. I left the jacket at gateway capeunion mart shop because its no use for me to have the jacket with those holes. I personally think that i was ****med by capeunion mart because paying for the same jacket twice is not fair.
I was at FNB boomstreet branch in PMB and the service i got was the worst service ever. When i went to the branch i requested to use a phone because i wanted to do a follow up on a call a made on saturday at FNB in Greytown but the lady i was talking too on phone requested me to call one of the employees so he can help me further but the employee told me to wait for someone who was busy with another women in a meeting, the person i was told to wait for was in a training or workshop because the person who was sitting with that lady was teaching her something from the computer. I then went back to the guy who was helping me and requested someone else who will help me since i was the only waiting for that person but i have already waisted a lot of time waiting for someone who is a training or workshop, i was then referred to the managers office who offered to assist me but the manager was very rude and disrespectful. HE said they cant help me or reopen my NPC account because i am waisting their time because the account had been closed before and he called one of the employees to take me out of His office because he was busy with interviews. The manager is Makhaya. I am so disappointed because i expected a better treatment from a manager of the branch.
had such a horrible experience with this insurance. I had my smart watch insured. i lost the watch and did my claim with the company and was informed that my claim was not successful due to the fact that I could not produce a receipt of purchase. why was i not informed at the beginning that i will need the receipt years later.
My car has been giving me problems with the gears, i took it to Isuzu and they said they have fixed it, it came back and still had the same problem. I have taken the car to Isuzu almost 3 times for the same problem and it still not solved. No one has updated me as to what the problem is.. I am just not happy with the customer service i have received from Isuzu
