Don't waste your time
Completely unprofessional and waste of time service. If you want your borehole repaired or fixed DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company. They have my pump, I did not receive any updates or feedback from them unless I phone myself. Till today still no idea when it will be fixed and/or installed. They scheduled for 10am to come through, I ensure I am at the premises before that time. Only for them to cancel on the last second. Then again, only to reschedule and again last minute cancellation. Now they tell me they do not know when they will have it done. So pathetic and disappointing.

Barnfire Projects pty Ltd.. (Pete) ?? Think again!! BEWARE!!
Beware of this company Barnfire Projects, Pete. Contracted Pete from Barnfire Projects on a recommendation from a gas manufacturer. Due to the nature of the lockdown, we were unable to be present at the time of installation at our property however he assured us everything is correct. He demanded payment in full before job completion, however, the job was done incorrectly. The pipes are hazardous and run incorrectly, which is a major health and safety concern,as it is a gas stove and could potentially cause a fire/explosion at our property. we have contacted him to fix the problem, only to find out he subcontracted the job to someone else and wasn't even present on site at the time of installation. He then quoted us a second figure over whatsapp, over and above the exorbitant amount we paid to get the job done "professionally" to begin with. When I called to inquire further he was absolutely rude and unprofessional on the phone, screamed at me saying that he does it everyday, and while I was speaking cut the call. I do not recommend anyone use Pete, he is unprofessional, unsafe and downright rude. Needless to say I will still need to fix his mistake at my own expense, and for my own safety.

Rude. Uns****ed. Pathetic. Hate every minute I have to spend in this mall.
Most disappointing and poor service. Been waiting for my change at the pay station for over 35 minutes the lady in the "help" office is no help at all. Rude and screamed at me. Over priced parking for the pathetic service. The only thing that's consistent in this mall is that poor service, uns****ed staff and lack of basic manners. Beyond frustrated... Still waiting for the change
