Call centre training

I received a call from an agent called Senzo regarding my Acc he was so rude and didn’t pay attention to detail , I cannot even explain the dissatisfaction from him . I thought when we make arrangements they write notes but according to him I needed to explain my situation from the start which to me did not make sense….African Bank staff need training

Poor Service and Unprofessional

We were at the establishment with my colleagues and ordered from the menu only to realise after the order that we actually needed something else when we tried to top up we were told the store does not void if you made a mistake by ordering it’s your fault , the manager was called by the name of Grace she was useless as well the assistant manager was nowhere near the store….why have a roll if you can fix errors on it never again will I be seen at this establishment

Angry and Frustated Consumer

I am so tired of Wonga Sa complained so much about i just cant anymore , was told to send through all the information and their internal people or manager will look into my matter whichbis dated 2018 and nothing has been done now m name is listed on ITC because of their incompetence and my Credit score is affected by this while their lives are going on as nothing has happened. They are so unprofessional from their call center or whatever they call to management even their makerting is in effective

Wonga Is A Mess Of A Company

Good day ,I would like to share my experiences with people about wonga loans had a loan with them in 2018/2019 and I was paying in time every month until I got retrenched and I was told to send through all relevant retrenchment documents for insurance purposes so that insurance cause take over as all loans and credits have insurance and I did exactly that.i was informed that I should not stress about SMS'es that will come through on my phone because their system works differently and they will stop once insurance has paid everything up little did I know in 2019 March I will be harrassed by them again saying I owe wonga money.. I currently don't owe anyone anything including wonga but on my credit profile wonga appears and the is a law firm that they even appointed to harrass me about credit that I know nothing about, I am also awaiting feedback from the Credit Ombudsman about this wonga thing cause it is affecting my credit score cause I want to buy a house hence I paid all my credits in 2019 ...So people just to warn anyone out there regardless of how desperate you are Never go to wonga they are a mess of a company let alone their staff don't have clues about how to run or maintain a business including management if they have cause I was send from pillar to post about my issue.... Angry and frustrated customer

Wonga loans is a mess ,had a loan with them last year and was paying monthly until i was retrenched and i was told to send retrenchement letters and other supporting documents and i did ,was told it takes almost a month to sort it out because of the backlock.....a month after i was told the insurance will pay it off until end of january ,now we in june i keep getting messages from them sayin i owe them how is that possible m tired of this company and its people telling me different stories....please assist
