The services I received is much better than what I have
Two months ago we rent to own at Teljoy a Fridge & Washing machine and Microwave. The 1st fridge they delivered was faulty and was exchanged after 2 week's. The 2nd fridge was delivered on a Saturday morning, when unrapped and plugged in it was also faulty, didn't make cold at all. I try to contact Teljoy Technician (Robbie) but he refuse to assist without a jobcard number. As results of this we lost all our frozen meat and other products. The 3rd fridge was delivered on the Tuesday and thank God it's still working. After consulting Teljoy customercare and accounts department they told me that they can't do anything regarding our lost but will credited my wife's account for the 4 day's without a fridge which I'm not happy with. Now they deduct double instalments from her account last month(1st April) and this month(1st May) put my wife's account now in a overdraft!!! There Accounts & Customer and Aftersales services are PATHETIC and will never ever advice anyone to make use of them, they just don't care.
My wife and I worked for GABAR Security,and decided to resign after we see how they treat their workers. If you go to there Facebook page you will see what I mean. We worked all together 13 shifts was promised that we will get paid on the 15th of February, up to now we haven't received any payment. Get ignored on there so called Pay Query WhatsApp number, got turned away by the owners wife. This is a company who don't care about workers employ even people who is not registered by PSIRA or who is desprit for work. But when it's time to pay them they don't,they have all kind of excuses or get ignored. Can't see how companies can make use of such kid of security companies. UNHAPPY SECURITY OFFICER GIVE NEGATIVE AND POOR WORKING PERFORMANCE. TAKE NOT GABAR!!!!!!

Good day, After my divorce in 2017 I was left with lots of debt. I saw a ad and reply to it via sms. The next day I was contacted by Shaun van Staden from Loansacceptable. After a long conversation between me and him, I agree to the terms and conditions of Loansacceptable. Paperwork was emailed to me, complete, signed and sent back to Loansacceptable (Shaun) Payments was made for a period of two years without any delays. After receiving my pension money in March 2019 I've settled my debts with Scheepers Attorneys. I've contacted Shaun of Loansacceptable how many times to find out my balance and a statement, which I've never received (Proof of all emails saved) The agreement is as follows: The first 18 months to pay debt, the last 6 months payment to clear me from NCR. After contacting Scheepers Attorneys, I was informed to pay an additional fee of R11500. This is not according to agreement and documents I have. Futher more did I pay every month 'n fee to Loansacceptable, but in the document it states that the fee is included in my installment to Scheepers Attorneys. In other words, I've paid twice to Loansacceptable, and Scheepers Attorneys is not keeping their contract between them and Loansacceptable (Flip van Zyl) My complain is as follows : Why did I paid double to Loansacceptable??????? Why do I have to pay another R11500 to clear me from the NCR??? ???? I've sent emails to Gerhard Scheepers, Shaun van Staden, and Loansacceptable but no one get back to me. After contacting Hellopeter about my complain about Game, Key West, Krugersdorp services it got immediate attention. Head office of Game contact me the same day to apologize for the inconvenience and will get immediate attention. Later that day the Store manager phone me to apologize for his negligence and he is giving it immediate attention. Half hour later he phone me again to inform me that he got one cupboard already, about a hour and a half later another call from him to say that he got another one and can be delivered the next day. The following day it was delivered to our place and the builders could carry on with there work. The day after it was delivered, a lady of Game, Head office phone me again to follow up with me. I was completely blown away after she informed me that they will refund me with the delivery charges, what was R50 ???? Well I've told her that they can keep it for all the phone calls to me to cover there cost. Thought at least of a Voucher to cover my inconvenience and patience!!!! ???? Game had a specials on agording to there pamphlet date 29 June 2019 We went there purchasing some of the specials. Cupboards, no stock, promise that they will deliver. I've paid for the items. Week and half later, no response
