Terrible customer service and hard to get hold of. Slow with their service and non responsive. They just don't care!
I've been having a an uncapped data Vodacom Fibre & 've been such a loyal customer. However their service is painful and completely pathetic. I have logged a call for disrupted service for week and made several follow up but they kept making empty promises to me. This is not the first time and I regret choosing them over other providers.
Very Bad service. Full of scams! Not professional at all and RIP OFF. VERY SCAMMING!
I have subscribed to 20Mbps uncapped service which is such a nightmare. I having a disruption since 9 days ago and I have been struggling to get them to resolve my issue. The support team are kind but clueless(or liars) while the managers (Named: Brinton*)is completely arrogant and have no clue of treating customers. I am still desperate to have is resolved and very frustrated as I use internet for study, Netflix and work at home over weekends. I now spending money recharging data which is expensive considering that I pay monthly contract for Vodacom Fibre. Its hard to recommend to anyone anymore and regret having had done so to few colleaques. Can someone at Vodacom Fibre assist me please!!!
