Very professional and friendly service received the service rep attended to my request .
I have my unit put in approx 2015 and it’s been 10 yrs and the battery in the matrix tracking unit is drained and needed to be replaced,29 September 2025 I called matrix to report this and the customer services rep say my unit is old and needed to be replaced, I then had to sign another contract, and was advised that the technician will contact me, I waited and no one called me, on the 7 October 2025 I called in again to Matrix and nothing was done, I spoke to another customer services rep and he assured me the technician will contact me and install the unit 6 October 2025 between 15h00 and 17h00, the technician gave me a missed call on watsup , with no text or voice message 17h06, I called him back at 17h45 and while I was talking to him he cut the call on me , this is rather sad service levels at the private sector is also been compromised, which the service that I’m paying for, I even sent and Email to the CEO Reitte Botha, and advised her if they don’t come back to me I will go to their competitor to date I had no response , this company is gone to big for a customer who has been with them for over 17yrs and they don’t value their loyal customers , I will not patronize this company going forward and warn all new and existing customers for their appalling service, please guys we as paying customers deserve world class service.

i was on holiday and decided to visit Sugar Rush and we parked at the disabled parking, and was soon approached by the security, who had a very unfrendly attitude, and said we cannot park here, so i inform him that im disabled, and to look at the permit i got and see the disabled sign that is displayed on the vehicle, he totally refused, then he started swearing me saying (F*****u,) and started laughting about my disability, Im disabled and suffering from Traumatic Brian Injury, and this unrulling behaviour at a public place is totally disrespectful and *********, and have no clue on TBI, or on disability, my personal understanding is that this company ( Chapman Security in Ballito) does not train their staff, and have no respect for people disablilty. and to date i did not get an applogy for the Sugar Rush entertainment centre or the Chapman Security, i will not patronise this venue in future and they have lost me as a disabled client
We booked a table for mothers day at Duppio Zero Bellairs, we placed our orders and waisted for an hour, there after we asked the waiter for the update on our breakfast, there was no replay, then we asked the supervisor and was advised that the manager had to intervene, but still no Breakfast fast , then after 90min we spoke to the manager and advised to cancel the order and going to leave in 5min, finally our Bfast arrives however to our surprise the orders were mixed up and we received another patrons order, Finally the correct order were arrives, the plated were cold and was not clean the chefs just removed various items to correct the order the plates were not cleaned but wiped the stains of the previous order was visible, there was no attention to detail and there was lack or no customer services by management, i will not patronize this restaurant in the future, and they lost 10 potential customers.
To get service from MTN is mission to the moon and back, you have to be a rocket scientist..... MTN advertised a black Friday deal R799.00 which will expire on the 7 January 2021, Unlimited minutes and 60G of data, I then called in on the 11 December 2020 as asked the sales rep to give me the deal which he did, how ever at the end of December 2020, however to my surprise I was charged incorrectly, I then called the customer services and was advised they transfer me to sales dept , I spoke to the rep but was told to speak to customer services ( REF number1/64000057692), this was on going for the past 7 calls to MTN from department to department and no one ones to take the ownership, so my understanding for this service is ..... MTN so too big now to look after their clients to has contributed over 10 years , a business which is now worth $255 billion dollar business , well its seems like you guys are just to big now to worry about a drop in the ocean, MTN kindly advise me if you need my business kindly give me the aftersales service that I deserve or if not then iam willing to go to your competitors. PS MTN I have a record of all my transaction that transpired thus far. A very disappointed customer
Hi All just a headsup I have been scammed with an online store called Hazel World.COM here goes my adventure, I surfed the internet and found a specific tool which I needed and could not get it in South Africa, I found the on line store called Hazel World I purchased the tool online on the 11 February 2020, after 4 weeks of waiting I tracked the parcel with the tracking number only , to my surprise it did not leave so I sent them a mail and got no response, after nine months of email no reply, I then report them to Instagram and then immediately they were removed from site , if you trace the ip address its with myshopify, so my fellow South Africans please do not buy from this site: www.hazelworld.com, Ps: this store is still active on the internet....
