I am going into my 3rd year with rent to own option from GoSolr. For three years I have been battling with this system from them and still no saving by going the Solar route. I am spending R3600.00 per month on rental from GoSolr and between R2000 to R3000 per month on pre-paid electricity. This system has been a nightmare from the start and as usual no feedback or any resolution. Everytime they send a Technical Team they find another problem or so they say but nothing ever gets resolved. The system is normally worse than before they came here. The only 2 companies benefitting here is GoSolr & Ekurhuleni as they are smiling because they are crippling me financially. Last week got a call from Tallie at Sparky telling me that system cannot still be faulty as they replaced the Inverter, probably done by Casper as it didn't happen when the last team was here. Absolutely the worst Customer Service & experience ever and I will not recommend them to anyone, not ever my worst enenmy.
I have purchased 3 x Sealy Columbia Firm BSets from Sleepmasters Lambton on 05 July 2024. There's is nothing firm about these beds. Product is inferior and has started collapsing after only 2 weeks. Thought it would still settle by mattress rotation as instructed but it only got worse. I have numerous pictures over this period stating the fact Was told to report it to the store, which I did but apparently the owner/manager wasn't available and would contact me, still waiting and it is going on 5 weeks.
This should be a zero rating. Customer service is still non existent and no feedback from my supposedly Sunshine Liason. Gosolr clearly doesn't spread the sunshine. I have from day one only experienced bad service and headaches. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Please explore other options if you want a system with customer service/support.
So we are now on almost 15 days with no feedback from OneDayOnly regarding a return that has been logged. Fwd: OneDayOnly | Order 6881059 Return. I have mailed numerous times and have emailed different accounts just to try and get feedback but no response. Absolute bad customer service, in fact no customer service from OneDayOnly.
I have bought Collagen from OneDayOnly, brand is The harvest table and from there 20 Nov 2024 up till now no feedback or any resolution with this matter. Absolute poor service.
People be careful when signing with this company on rental option. I signed up with them to save money on prepaid electricity and have the comfort of solar for my home. This has been an absolute nightmare. I am paying R3600.00 per month rental on a 3 phase system and still spend R3500.00.per month on prepaid electricity. So not go this route. There advertising from the start was not what they claimed it to be. I still have another 1,5 year to sit with this contract that doesn't save me anything. Do not sign up with Gosolr. There might be better options out there.
I have recently bought 2 different products from OneDayOnly just to find out the product was defective and had to be returned and still waiting for feedback on Collagen from The Harvest Table that is something wrong with. This product hasn't even been collected yet to be returned. Very bad service and turn around times from OneDayOnly when there is something wrong with an order and needs to be returned. Be careful what you buy on special because the product is maybe on special for a reason. Not happy with this at all.
I recently bought Collagen from One Day Only and there is something wrong with the product. Everytime you add it to your coffee it starts curding like when milk is sour. I logged a return with One Day Only on 20/11/14 and still no feedback. They say they are waiting for the Supplier to confirm if they can return the product. I have been struggling to get assistance from my supposedly Private Banking Service/Advisor for the longest time now. Have my provident fund transfer that needs to go to FNB and wow, such poor service. I am really wondering if it was the best decision to go this route. If your personal Private Banker is not available, there is just no assistance. You have a Private Banker that doesn't give feedback anyway. This is the worst service I have received and I have been there client for almost 30 years.
Worst experience ever. I have been contributing to their Superfund. Resigned from employer and having so much problems to get my funds transferred and cash option payout. Going on 3 months now. Service is absolutely terrible.
