We contacted Gumption to come out and look at our fridge, the first encounter with them was amazing and they assisted so quickly. 2 days after they came to fix our fridge, we contacted Frank to inform him that the fridge was not making cold as it should and promises were made that the team would come out and look at it again. 4 days later we are still getting excuses and promises that they will come out. Highly disappointed that their service went from amazing to absolutely disgusting. We have to constantly call and message asking what is happening. Will definitely not recommend them to anyone else.
What amazing service from Precious, emails answered within an hour. Precious even answered my query email on a Sunday. Professional at all times and super friendly. Precious thank you for making my experience such an amazing one.
I bought a corner unit from House & Home N1 City on 25 August. I was told by Thobeka the sales lady that our unit will be delivered within 2 weeks as the stock was being loaded that day from the supplier in Jhb. Was happy with the wait and paid in full with the R350 delivery fee. Week later I call just to check up and make sure everything is still on track for my delivery in Cpt. Only to be told that the supplier has no stock and they will only receive stock again either mid or end of September 2020. Funny fact..... as per the House & Home website they have stock..... Not happy with this feedback I spoke to Thobeka again to say they need to find out from Parklands as they had the same unit if we can have it but they need to allocated a discount due to it being a show floor unit. I was told sorry my manager says no..... long story short, they Eventually get a unit from Cape Gate, i get promised delivery Tuesday 1st Sep, been waiting the entire day having to constantly call the store for an update. Finally the manager Janie tells me at 5:30 the driver is at Cape Gate loading. At 6:30 I had to call again only to find the store being closed. Called Cape Gate and the gentleman tells me sorry but the driver only loaded at 6:15. The fact that I was inconvenienced by the N1 City store you would think that they would stay in touch with me and make sure my delivery happens before 5. Disgusting customer service. First and last time I will ever buy from House & Home.
It's ridiculous how we are still getting invoices for a Telkom line that was cancelled more than 2 years ago. Not to mention that we are still waiting for our money that was meant to be refunded. How is it possible that Telkom can take your money and get away with it????? Where is Carte Blanche?? Why is no one investigating Telkom.
