I lodged a claim for my AirPods Pro 2 with OUTsurance and was impressed with the service. The assistant I spoke to over the phone was very helpful and guided me through the process with ease. My claim was finalized within days, and I even received a store voucher as requested. The only downer is this claim forfeited the OUTbonus I was expecting to receive next year

I experienced a flat battery and needed a jump-start. The customer service agent was very helpful—she efficiently arranged for the tow operator and proactively checked in throughout. Despite some delays, she always called with updates. Great service from start to finish—thank you!
