Victor is a *****. Took my money and now he blocked me. I want my money Victor.
Victor took my hard earned money and act like this is a game. Like he is the victim in all this. Despite the struggles, sadness, pain, depression he caused to me and my family. Now he had the nerve blocked me.
Mr Shuping is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Installed my electric fence without me on site, no Supervision from me without any hussle. My experience is very positive and i appreciate efficiency of your customer service. Keep up the good work.
Mark a year today, I haven't received a cent from Victor after taking my 270k. Everyday singing the same song. I will you next week, am waiting for PO to clear. For the whole year till to date. My house is in standstill. Gave him all my savings, now staying In bad dusty condition, cement debris falling on us especially when it's windy. Victor is heartless, *****, ***** and a monster.
The service it's actually a 0. That is the worst product/service FNB can offer. Disappointing, no sense of urgency, no follow ups, no feedback sharing or rather say they do not care what happens to your case nor the ****ty lawyer's progress. The worst service ever.

I paid Victor 270k to come and do renovations at my house end March 2024 till to date he never came nor pay back my money. After i paid him, he changed name of his company from HMC kitchen and bathrooms to HMC group. Am struggling to reach him as he no longer answer my calls. HMC is a **** company. Victor is very unprofessional and doesn’t take criticism very well.

I cancelled my Telkom contract within 7 days as per terms and conditions if you cancel within a month it takes up to 2 months for the billing process to be completed. I cancelled my contract on the 26 May 2020, see below message from Telkom and still today my account is still debited monthly. I have been calling Telkom to ask what's the delay for collection and i have always told is the collection department that is holding up the matter. Operators always tell me they will log a call for collection, every time I call is the same reason. I asked the Operator to me give me her e-mail address so that she can follow up with collection department, till to date I haven’t heard anything from her. They do not give feedback but every month I get a statement/invoice and debited. Telkom operators have tendency of ignoring or not responding to the matters reported. You call them and hold for an hour before you get answered, then told is the wrong number you called. This is a frustrating service provider with poor customer service. Please help me sort out this matter as Telkom is ripping me my hard earned money, I do not use the device, is still packaged and all they need to do is to collect the device and refund me my money as per 30 days’ mandatory notice period required on all service cancellations
I bought items at Superbalist and they tried to deliver them second attempt and couldn't answer the phone as i was busy but tried to return call soonest. Just after i spoke to the delivery guy i got an message that my order has bn cancelled. I made another order with the same items only to find out later that my order had 2 parts of delivery and only 1st part was canceled. I called the customer service to ask for cancelation on the last order but told me they cannot cancel. Week later someone gave me the last part of the order which i thought was canceled. My problem was the gave my order to the security guard without arranging with me. Mind you we stay in flats. When i told the customer service lady that am not happy with order, i want to return it she told me she cannot refund because i accepted the order which i did not sign for in the first place. I then ask the customer service lady to cancelation last part of the 2nd order as i already received the first order but told me they cannot cancel. Her advice was not to receive the second order so that it can go back them. Next thing i get yet another message that the order is bn delivered and i did not receive it. My thought is they did the same as the first order. They gave it to the security guard again. Mind you i ask the sales lady never to do that again. So now they say they cannot do anything with those 2 orders as they signed for them. But the question is who signed for them because it was not me. What they doing is unacceptable, giving strangers our orders without consulting the customer first. What if the person who signed for the order does not give them to me. When i ask the lady she told me that ghe is nothing she can do about it. I must tell the security guards not to sign for things they do not know. Which is out of my control as i never asked them to do that in the first place.
