I stayed at Jackalberry Close complex U274 2nd floor in Boksburg one of the Ihspm properties. Had a geyser that burst almost had the whole kitchen living room ceiling falling on my family?. Reported that they took a good 2 months to fixed, during the fixing process I found out my ceiling has three geysers, which are for other room/units below my flat. Soon after that incident, another geyser or water pipe bust again on my ceiling, this was now on the main bedroom. The ceiling was completely wet, posing as safety hazard to my family and creating that living discomfort. I asked to be transferred into another Room/unit that request was never grated this all occurred mid-month I then told them that I shall be vacating the flat the same month end as this incident was a safety hazard, come month end I was then hit with a R14 000 INVOICE. The R14 000 was for not putting 1-month notification clearly they wanted me to continue to stay on place where the ceiling could fall at any time (R5650) and R8350 was for the maintenance they did after I vacated the flat which included fixing of the same ceiling which was falling over me. Sent millions of mails protesting the bill not there not been any luck with this **** agent nxa. I would not advise anyone not to come anywhere close to Ihspm they are crooks.

My Name is Thabani Shibe I hear there Is an active opened account opened agains my name with VactionZone. It’s been 3-4months now seeing e-mail mentioning this but because I know the i am not interested instruction I gave to the Waterberry sales person and that I never paid any activation deposit to have them opening the account, I chose to ignoring these e-mails but since this has now reached a stage where this has been registered to my ITC I think it’s time I take action. Flexi Club or Vac Zone Kindly arrange for that what ever account I have registered under my name to be Cancelled with immediate effect, I don’t need it. I also told the VacZone Consultent based in Waterberry the same thing, who was persuading me to at least fill in the forms. One of my major reason of not going ahead with this traveling plan is that , i can’t afford it , myself I only wanted to enjoy that R1000 4day stay special. Kindly arrange for all my things to be cleared from your data base. Beside affordable I won’t be using this VacZone traveling plan for anything. Again I see Flexi Club / VacZone has registered this holiday club under my name on my ITC. I am not even sure under what grounds. Please also arrange for that to be cleared off and rectified because according to me I don’t have any account which should be active with Flexi Club / Vac Zone according to my understanding. Right now I feel this account story is now been opened agains my will. My ID number is ********** 610083.
