The cashier(s) need to go for training on people skills and etiquette,they are not friendly at all and dont address a person with respect! I was helped by Mmamosa Esther Mokejane by langenhovenpark branch,she was very rude and disrespectful.
i received excellent service from Shannon Mac Pherson today. Staff are all very helpful and efficient. I've been with One plan for pets a while now and I'm very happy. i also referred two of my colleagues last year that both joined!
I spoke to a very friendly lady at outsurance.(MAKABONGWE ZWANE) she understood exactly what i was looking for in an insurance and gave me the best Premium to suit my pocket and my needs.
what is happening to mimosa mall theses days? The escalators are never working! This is just poor management! Its always a mission going to the mall,my mom struggles to climb stairs and the elevators are always full and busy. I use to love going to the mall but now i would rather go to waterfront or Northridge mall.
You need to train your staff that works with gas bottles. I came to refill my bottle like I always do. The car watch took my bottle from me and said he will carry it in for me,which I thought it was nice of him,he told me to go to security and she will assist me. I thought it was strange as I always come to builders to fill up on gas,and just thought it's a new procedure and went along to pay,once I paid the security at the door helped and wanted to give me an exchange bottle,I then realised what was happening and told them I want my own bottle refilled as it's a new bottle I bought. The staff then argued we me saying that my 9kg bottle is not refillable it's an exchange and the more I said that I fill it every month by builders the more they argued with me. I was at the point where I took my bottle and went to my car. Forgetting that I had already paid.The same staff member came to my car saying that she will find out if my gas bottle is refillable and to her surprise it was. Staff should learn to listen to customers and not argue. I always have my bottle filled so I would know. If staff knew their products(I bought the bottle at builders last year) then they would know what bottles can be refilled and what bottles are exchangeable!
Received amazing service from @Doreen Malan. She sold our townhouse really fast and she helped us find a townhouse to rent that suited all our needs.She is friendly and professional and has a beautiful heart.amazing person if you need quick and efficient service as for her!
