I would like to COMPLIMENT Risuna Khosa from Rosebank College Customer Care, the finance department. She has been an excellent help and a calming effect in the madness. Thank you sooooooooo much, never take for granted the work you do, even when clients can be frustrating. Risuna Khosa Thank you

There's a bit of hope left for government entities.
I was assisted by two individuals when I made the call, Thelma and Malatsi. The ambulance arrived in no less than 15 minutes. We were then met and assisted by two wonderful paramedics. Thank you so much, you saved a life!!!!

Urine smelling Bus
On the 15/06/19, on a bus from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg at 10:30. The disgust and trauma we experienced from using this bus, the bus was dirty, the seats to the floors. To top it off, it has a toilet inside right, which i really great. only if it were clean, and we were given seats right next to the filth. The smell of URINE that came from that toilet!!!!!!!!!!!! My goodness, all the way from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg in the filth of URINE!. Never again will i use this bus with my family. it looks good on the outside but is filthy as hell inside!!!! And it keeps taking breaks on the road mcm!! Get your act together or you will loose customers!!
