I contacted pmd for change of details and debit order review , i got assisted with professionalism
I hate Vodacom their service is pathetic from June beginning of the month to date i have a connection issue with my router and to date nobody fixed it they keep on saying there is an issue with a Tower and will be fixed in July mind you that was June I then asked them to reverse my debit order bcz u am paying for what nobody also gave me feedback instead i kept on receiving calls from different people who could not even assist . Now i wanna cancel that router then i will port all their numbers to a different service provider because they only care for themselves not people who render service to I am done with Vodacom and so disappointed let alone trying to call and their calls get cut without any agent assisting
I went there to buy few things and i was wearing the face Shield covering the mouth and neck ,including nose too when I was at the door the security told me I cant enter the door I need a mask well I got it not only the normal shield but the one that covers everything and that was the saddest and bad experience I got I had to go back ....anywhere else they allow that mask but why only them .that was very disgusting

Good day I submitted my uif claim in May it was processed and i submitted a payment form which was also successful.7 -10 days went pass and then i called the call centre they said the payment was done on the 10th of June 2019 but notjing in my accout .I called spoke to Thabo he asked for my bank statement of which i did sent it on the 17th . Until now no one contacted me to tell me what is going on or what happened . Nomfundo Zenzile ...Cell no 0795076076 please help i dont know what to do anymore
I have submitted my claim to department of Labour and everything was done and they said payment was done on the 10th well i dodnt recieve any payment ...they asked for my bank statwment ...i sent it up until now there have not given me a response .
