Worste services ever, about 2 years ago a McDonald's s****** drove into our car, he was overtake on YELLOW STRIPES while we where busy turning, I took a google screenshot showing he was not allowed to over take on that area but still, they declined the claim and said that the driver had the full right to overtake us and the other 2 cars on the YELLOW LINES,
We have been struggling with network for a while now I logged a complaint with CellC spoked to the Head of the network department, they apparently did a network investigation and said the network is working 100 %, full bars LTE but we get 1 bar H+, we did sim swaps and everything but still no network, the call center advised me to put router out side my house because the problem is inside not outside how clever
Poor service we are claiming throw 3th party the lady (Stacy Curran) that is handling our case does not give us feedback she just say that it can take up to 3 year no one take that long, or there is out standing documents if you ask her what documents then she say there is nothing outstanding. I mean they should give us the best service we could have choose them us our next insurance.
