I would like to write a review about Auto & General Aaron Vickson did a great job after I had requested an adjustment of our monthly car insurance premium. He was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. A great customer experience.
After calling several Mercedes parts dealers without success Goldwagen sorted me out in no time. They provided AND FITTED a new oilcap for R60! What an outstanding service from the Salt River branch staff!
I found the staff at Mirror Glass / Pea**** Glass in Mowbray more professional, knowledgeable and helpful than their competitors. They even offered extra services at no additional cost. This is what I call a great company with people who know how to build relationships and loyalty. Highly recommended!
I left my luggage behind after checking through security. By the time I realized it, I was panic stricken. However, I found my bag waiting at Security with friendly staff making light of my absence of mind. Needless to say, they made my day and week and month! So grateful to them!
You walk into a gorgeous double volume space bathed in soft navy blue light. Friendly staff provide you with the comfortable kit you wear during this unique massage experience which involves no oils while you remain fully clothed. Owen who was my masterful masseur, worked thoroughly on multiple pressure points, giving me deep muscle relaxation, and a growing sense of well-being even though it was painful at times for my stressed back and neck. After a delicious herbal cup of tea I left, feeling energized and deeply peaceful. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience for anyone who needs physical and mental balance. You will be in caring, professional hands.
Speedy and professional delivery. Excellent service and communication by Maphumze and Khanyiso.
On 16 June 2019 I lost my purse on the bus between the boarding gate C9 at Cape Town International Airport and the aeroplane. I was on my way to East London with FlySafair. Made the nasty discovery regarding my purse when ordering a coffee on board. Various Safair officials tried to help at the East London airport. especially Tembelani Qungwana, the official at the Safair Lost and Found - but there was no word of my lost wallet. The next day I received a phone call from Chandre Wesso, informing me that my wallet was at East London airport. It was discovered on the bus, handed in and flown to East London where I could collect it from their Ticket Office. The ramp agent who helped me retrieve my purse was Lindsay Baxter. Needless to say I was beyond speech with gratitude and relief, flooded with immense admiration for such integrity, honesty and incredible service. This is how one realises that there are many very good people in our country who do the right and honourable thing every day. FlySafair can be so proud! Many many thanks to each and everyone at FlySafair who was involved in my miraculous experience, and who are making the world a better place every day. I salute you.
