I have delt with Terraquip since 1996 from whom I purchased my first John Deere Ride on Lawn Mower. Their service has always been freindly and helpful. I recently took my Mower in to them as I could not start the engine after an overhaul by myself. Marno booked the tractor in and immediatley while I was standing there the workshop staff off loaded my tractor and started to work on the engine. As it turned out the the cam shaft gear had sheared it's aluminium key. Marno called me the next day and offered to send the tractor back to me all polished up and looking like a brand new machine. I was suitably impressed at the cost and was only too happy to have the tractor back so quickly. I would certainly reccommend John Deere Mowers and Terraquip to anyone buying a ride on mower.
Having procrastinated over installing solar water heating on our property and having aquired five different quotes from various installers, we finally decided to go with Uber Solar as Jame Green had the simplest system and as he explained very clearly the very best management system. The control symtem works off your cell phone and you can regulate your home geyser from any where in the world with internet coverage. Uber staff know their stuff and instalation went smoothly with Noble in charge and Simba and his crew doing the installation. Thanks also to Zee Williams working behind the scenes. We recommend both Uber Solar and the top class staff to anyone looking for solar water heating.
We have dealt eith Ari Nitzen of DreamhomeSA for a number years in renting out our properties. He has always managed to pull a rabbit out of the hat in a very short time. Our last transaction with Ari lead to a rapid sale of a property in Bryanston where we had been let down by several tenants not paying their monthly rentals. Ari found one qualified purchaser in a very difficult market and almost immediatlely managed to negotiate a very quick and clean sale for us. We would recommend Ari Nitzen to anyone thinking of renting, buying or selling in the Sandton area.
We had a very pleasant experience regarding the transfer of our property. Our purchaser insisted on using Snymans Inc and after much deliberation we agreed to their demand. We dealt primarily with Karen Engelbrecht who was incrediblly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. Snymans Inc managed to transfer our property in less than two months, which is quite a feat. Thank you Snymans.
My introduction to Suzuki came through Ian the used car manager who allowed me to test drive a Suzuki Dzire. I enjoyed the initial experience and decided to get approval from my wife to buy a new Dzire. New sales manager Eddie took over and gave excellent service leading to our purchase of the Dezire in February 2020. We thoroughly enjoyed the car with its AMT gear system. However, we did have problems with a judder which was attended to after Suzuki SA became involved and was sorted out most successfully. The Dealer Principle, Naeem Essop, authorised Eddie too arrange a loan car whilst ours was being attended to. We found the service department very friendly with service advisors Tebozo & Ebrahim attending to our problem with ease & a smile. Thanks to Service manager Sashen for seeing the work through to its satisfactory conclusion. We love our Dzire and have already introduced another purchaser to Bryanston Suzuki.
RE: City water. Blocked mainline sewer. On Saturday 15th August I tried to log a fault with City water on their Website. This kept referring me back to the previous page. I then sent an Email to 'Customer Service' which was returned due to 'server'. I tried again on 16th August. Still no Fault reporting available, but I managed to send an Email to Customer Service. I got a reply with a Ref: number 402748830 17th August: I sent an Email with the reference number asking for progress. Reply: A job card has been created. 18th August. By now the drain was really over powering and needed to be attended to urgently. No reply to my email. 19th August: this is now 5 days with this terrible stench from the blocked mainline sewer. Answer to my Email - Call escalated to depot. 20th August: I sat on the phone for exactly 55 mins listening to a recorded voice telling me they were very busy, but I would be put through to the next available operator. 21st August: the seventh day of waiting for City Water to sort out their problem with the sewer, my patience at an end, I called in a Plumber who and spent two hours cleaning roots out of the Municipal Sewer and charged me R1700. What are we paying sewer charges for, indeed what are we paying rates for, our road is dangerously full of pot holes and tar that is disintegrating.
Snatcher On Line. I recently purchaser to 'Auto-Mobile-Covers' which arrived exactly 7 days later. In the first box I opened the car cover had a hole in it. I spoke to Snatcher on Line call center and they asked me to send a photo of the damage and that it would be replaced. A week later a new cover arrived to my absolute surprise and happiness. Thank you Snatchere for the great service. Richard
