Karen was wonderful 🙌🏾
Karen at Snymans was amazing. She answered all the questions I had regarding the transfer of my property. She knew me by name and had her finger in the pulse at all times. I never felt left out of conversation and I never felt she was too busy to answer my questions. She guided me through the process and made it super smooth and manageable. Thank you Karen for such a wonderful experience.

Snymans Inc - great service
We had a very pleasant experience regarding the transfer of our property. Our purchaser insisted on using Snymans Inc and after much deliberation we agreed to their demand. We dealt primarily with Karen Engelbrecht who was incrediblly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. Snymans Inc managed to transfer our property in less than two months, which is quite a feat. Thank you Snymans.

Snymans Inc - great service

I recently contracted Snymans Inc Attorneys as conveyancing attorneys for the transfer of a property. The registration was completed yesterday, 14 February 2022. Snymans Inc (horrible company values)
Snymans Attorneys attended to the registration of my new home, but their feedback is non existent and as a soon as they received their money they don't reply to emails even after numerous attempts, they also stop answering your phone calls and do not even bother to phone back. I would not recommend them to anyone my advise would be to pay them only when you have received all your information that is required otherwise you will not be assisted afterwards.

Horrible conveyancing attorneys
The absolute worst conveyancing attorneys you could possibly ever work with. They give you contrasting information and when you call them out on their lies they stop responding to your emails. Horrible customer experience. Nearly 5 months in and still clue as to when we will lodge to the deads office.

OUTSTANDING, not always a word one uses for an Attorney :-)
I can't say enough about Snymans Inc. Cape Town. Especially my conveyancing attorney, Cara Hendricks. They were absolutely divine in getting my properties transferred and I was not an easy customer besides. Cara was patient, understanding and made miracles happen, seemingly out of thin air. They will do my next properties as well, that's for sure.
