I wish I had come to Hello Peter or did more research first before I actually chose this driving schoolπ So in November 2023 , my lil brother and I went to Alberton driving school to start the whole process of getting our licences...the package was R4500 each person (it included learners, driving lessons and the licence itself) so in total I paid R9000 cash! For some reasons my brother could not continue with the process, I requested for a refund of his portion and I was told it's not refundable for some lousy reasons. I let it slide coz I read the clause and there was something of that sort. Fine I continued guys When I tell you guys that I've been waiting for them to book me for a learner's test...I waited and waited and literally had to beg to be booked for my learner's test...no communication from them I did all the calling until the last call I had about this with a woman named Jade (I stand to be corrected) I'm not sure but she's colord...she was rude like nobody's business and she did not want to consider my grieviances...her reply to me was "are we gonna stay on the call and hear your complaints for an hour or do you want me to book you a test" imagine guysππππ... Fast forward I wrote my learner's on the 1st of March cool Time for lessons , the first 3 times I went for the lessons they went okay then boom...guys drum roll πππππππ The instructors were not showing up for my lessons, there was double booking and lack of planning... Today I was booked for a lesson at 12pm and nobody showed up again!!! I called the driver's school on the number where we communicated, I called and texted no reply...I then proceeded to contact my instructor... He said he will check for me after 45min I then left coz this has happened before Whilst I continued with other things of the day that rude colord lady with zero emotional intelligence and no decent service...she called me from the number +27716071141 me shouting at the top of the voice accusing me 1. Of lying about being there for lessons and no one showed up 2. Having "personal relationship" with the instructor because I contacted him Absurd!!!! Like who runs business like that?? As for accusing me for having "personal relationships" with the instructor.. I provide customer service for a living and what I got there is comedy πππ it's jokes And jokes with my money! ... I am so disappointed in the drivers from iMile. I work in a office park and my office is blocks away from the entrance. I ordered stuff from Shein and they sent me a delivery notification less than an hour before delivery and when they finally I told them I am coming they barely waited for me to walk up the entrance gate and they were gone...I tried calling several times and the drivers ignored my calls and finally picked up to tell me they were waiting for 10min . I adviced them that I wasn't available the next day and my parcel was urgent. I asked them to return back for delivery they did the same thing again and left in my sight How frustrating and how poor was the service and communication. I don't know how to notify Shein to not assign me this unprofessional and poor servicing logistics company. The drivers need to get more training on Customer service. Bored!
Pick n Pay Roodepoort Florida Flora centre... I love their fast food except for today when I went to get my favourite macaroni salad, I found it marked down and I am like Amazing! Best before date is 13/04/2023 (today it's the 10th). I get to the office after a few s****s I notice a very off aftertaste and smell. Only to find that they put a price sticker on top of the old sticker, the old sticker actually shows that the macaroni expires 09/04/2023.... I was so mad that how they could do thatπππ why put a sticker showing a different expiry date on top of the initial sticker that shows that the food is expired πππ I was so mad coz I could have had have a allergic reaction or poisoning π. When I got there to complain to the superviser they all just gave me minimal attention and just refunded me as if it was just about the money when in actual fact right now I'm having a running stomach. The supervisor did not treat the matter with seriousness so is the rest of the staff including the kitchen staff, not even an apology π€¦π―π―π―π―.... Our company is right opposite to Flora centre and most of my colleagues buy food from there on lunch. I have posted pictures of this on the company group chat to make everyone aware of the danger of buying rotten food at P nPay. I'm so disappointed coz now my health is compressed
