I have been with them for years, and their pricing is the only thing that exceeds their service. The best part is when you need to claim, it is quick and efficient. I wish I could refer everyone to them. The more products you have with them the better the premium. If you have any doubts about them, I can honestly say in the 10 years of belonging to them, they have made my insurance affordable and when needed the claims process so easy.
Upgrade been now nearly a month. I upgraded my phone through their call center as they supposed to be more efficient and save you money. I ordered the Iphone SE in black on 14 July 2020, with some items added on. I selected black cause I was told they have stock. When the confirmation agent called he said they have no stock, but getting in on 17 July 2020. I called again on 21 July and was informed they didn't get enough stock, but the next delivery is 31 July. When I called now, they say they got stock in but it wasn't black so it went to other clients. So after being with them for 20 years, they make no effort in keeping me informed as I have to keep on calling. I'm really considering taking my business to another provider, if they cannot provide basic service to their clients.
Had Vodacom Fibre installed on 28 May 2020, the subcontractor installing the fibre was fast and efficient. They sent the confirmation from their side to Vodacom to have it activated and said it normally takes about 40 minutes. Called Vodacom on 29 May 2020 and they said they will get their manager to send an email to speed up the connection but it will take 24 hours - 48 hours, but it will be activated by 1 June 2020, as the previous wifi subscriber has come to an end and we need to work from home. Called 1 June spoke to a friendly lady, gave her the reference number for the last call, she confirmed it was allocated to a technician but the technician has not done anything on it yet. Had to send her pictures of the installation via email. This was done and she called back to confirm that their back office received the request and is busy with it, but they cannot give her an exact time, but it will still be done before the end of the day. We are now going for 5 days later and still not activated. Maybe Vodacom should look at outsourcing their technician's as well as we not having much luck with their employees.
After using another moving company to move, they left a few items and refused to finish the move. I contacted Northriding Movers and Bothwell sent me a quote, I paid and the next day they were there to move the last few items. Friendly fast and efficient service. I would definitely recommend them for your whole move. #SupportLocal
I called the Kyalami branch spoke to Eduard more than a week ago requesting a quote for a major service on a Cadillac. We previously had the car with them and received exceptional service. Eduard kept saying he will call me back, but never did, I had to call continuously to get an update. He said the foreman is struggling to get parts. After one phone call to Williams Hunt in Fourways they able to get the parts and give me the quote. I feel that Eduard did not even try. It is very disappointing that from one sales adviser you get exceptional service and from another nothing. No attempt was even made on Eduard's side to call me and tell me they are still busy.
Have had a funeral policy for 18 years, after calling they told me the policy is worth R5,000, this does not make sense how could I have paid over 18 years close to R7,000 for a R5,000. I called and the service from Ithumeleng was sub standard stating they cannot cancel the policy now, I can call back in the new month. He put me through to his supervisor Siana Natsue who is even less helpful, kept reminding me that they work on incoming calls and they cannot call me back as they got calls to deal with. I am very disappointed that such a big company is more focused on reaching their call center targets than actually dealing with queries. I will be contacting the Ombudsman regarding the matter.
With their assistance I was able to be released from the horrible burden of debt. It teaches you that you can get by with less than you think. Special mention to Hanifa Khan, who really took the time to always respond to my queries. Thank you.
I used their services when I moved over the weekend. I can definitely recommend them. They are efficient friendly and fast. All the movers greeted and introduced themselves to me. I still have a few more items to move to another place, and I informed them of this and they gave me a very competitive price. At least I know I will not need to stress about it.
I made use of their service with my recent move, I can honestly say I am impressed. Efficient friendly and so much easier than trying to source card board boxes that might break or collapse. These boxes are sturdy, seal and the staff are really friendly. If I move again I will most definitely want to use them again. I even had responses to my emails that I sent on a Sunday, that is going beyond your duty.
