Excellent service from Annie and the team (Cosmas Michael), thank you so much for your assistance, I really recommend Supreme Assist to anyone who has a geyser problem. When the insurance called them, they came same day to check everything. They kept in contact with me even in the evening, I was so amazed as I have never experienced such commitment. I am a very happy customer my entire family is saying Thank you so much Supreme assist. I am going to recommend your company to all my friends and extended family members.

extremely bad service
I took a contract with MWEB, they came to install everything, till today the WIFI, never worked, their IT called could not fix it, now I want my money back for pro rat they took, service and unmet fee charges , they asked me to send documents but till today my money has not been paid.

extremely terrible service from edgars
Please can Edgars give my money that was charged into my account in error, the fault was on their side and the insurance, the insurance has fixed it, I spoke with the team leader at customer service Nocollet who refused to give me her surname she says I wont get my money back, I want money in my bank account now please, they made a mistake they cant now say the money will paid in to the edgars store account, thats really not right

worse Wifi ever
Since last year, I have been using rain WIFI, since last year with no joy because of extremely slow wifi, I have been complaining but this time all I want is the money that i used to buy telkom data for more than R1000, while paying rain R699 every month . Rain maximum speed is 4.6mbps , I need my money back urgently.

Excellent service from Chane Thumbran I have been querying my debit since the 20th, sending emails upon emails. The lady who called me the second time promised to call me back after speaking with the manager that was on Tuesday, she never called me back, i then sent another email. I got a call today from Chane, she was very professional, polite and friendly. I was very angry but she managed to make sure that by the time i dropped the phone I was smiling. King Price needs more consultants like Chane, she needed also to confirm few things i thought when she says she will call me back, she was just saying but she really called me and assisted me perfectly. I wanted to cancel my insurance but with such service I am definitely staying with King Price.

excellent service from Nkosie and Gorogang
I called King Price insurance to make amendments on my policy spoke with Nkosi Mthembu, I also forgot to mention few things I called and I spoke with Gorogang . I am very impressed and when they say they will email the documents,they email immediately, by the time i hang up the phone, i get the message that documents has been sent. King Price these consultants, they deserve an award of the year, i am very satisfied with the service, on top of that the premiums they have giving me, are affordable.
