I bought an expensive brand new Dell laptop in September 2023. It bombed out 2 days ago. Not even 2 years old! I tried calling Dell but you just get sent to an online link. After 3 hours of trying to speak to a person, I realized the warranty was up, only ONE year and no one could assist me. I called a P C guy and they say Dell computers are extremely difficult to fix due to all the security. They have to take it apart and install a whole lot of things to make it work. I now have to pay a huge amount. No Dell places to fix it. I will NEVER buy a Dell product again.
Hi. I am complaining regarding the Spar Masterchef Pots and Pans competition. I have spent money buying stickers and have enough to buy 3 items now. However there is no stock anywhere. Spar Bromhof has stock in their back room for their staff but no stock for customers. The manager at Spar Northwold said there is too much demand and no stock. Why have the competition then? Spar are more expensive so it took ages to collect the stickers. So I have the stickers but no stock and the competition closed yesterday. I feel I have been ripped off. There have been no lids either. The manager at Spar Bromhof said she would phone me when stock came in but did not even remember me when I asked her again in the store. Extremely bad customer service, especially during these terrible times. I am on slack pay and I feel like never going near a Spar store again! Patricia
To cut a long story short, Elite Mobile upgraded 2 of my contracts to the wrong contracts. One of the numbers had a twin sim and I lost one of the sim connections. I did not have data for a whole month and Vodacom charged me for that month and never refunded me! Then Elite Mobile had the cheek to charge me R300 for the upgrade fee even though they had made this huge mistake and caused all the trouble. Elite Moble did this in 2016 as well to me!!! They refused to refund this!!! Finally I got data but am still missing one sim card (the twin) but decided I could not take it anymore and moved on. I was tired of all the emails and phone calls. Today I see they took R1092.50 off my account as a migration cost at the end of May 19 PLUS double charged me for the one number. Can you believe the cheek?!!! The manager at Vodacom in March 19 promised me I would be compensated with free data and would get my money back. She said I definitely would not have to pay a migration fee and apologised profusely to me for all the inconvenience to me. Her name is Margeaux. Now this????!!!! I really do not know what to do anymore???!!! They have simply stolen money from me again. I would like a full refund
