2x Delivery dates not met.Numerous phone and mail enquiries to no avail.No calls no feedback.
For the past 22 days we hardly have any Internet in Oysterbay.Can not connect on bank aps for payments never mind TV.They do not answer your calls.Not poor service NO SERVICE.
3rd Delivery for 1 order still short outstanding goods.How many calls emails whatsups and HP reviews before I receive all my paid goods.It is now 6 weeks.Branch not answering for past 5 hours???
Please stay away from Makro online orders.You pay and only receive a quater of your goods.You complain to no avail.They eventually respond make promises but do not deliver.Outstanding order placed and paid in full 6 weeks ago.
Driver admits he forgot to take all parcels due from office .Will arrange to deliver outstanding the following day.This was 10 days ago.Numerous follow up calls before they admitted parcels are lost.Promised to refund.Still waiting
Online orders are paid for but goods are incompletely delivered.Numerous Emails send, whats up communications and telephone calls to their Customer Care and still no resolusion. BE AWARE STAY AWAY.
