I'd give a zero if I could. I pay R1000 a month and I cannot watch live TV on a single device. Every single time I try....looks like something went wrong....
I'm sick and tired of the app not working. This has been going on for months now. It constantly closes when you try to update details. I can't update my pets details or submit a photo for proof of identity. I'm paying the premiums but can't use any of my pets benefits without the photo. Convenient isn't it!
Disgusted with Telkom. They are not willing to make a concession to upgrade your data package so that you can work from home during this national and international crisis! How does this align with your supposed COVID-19 pledge?
