It is so disappointing to get rejected for a home loan application by a bank that I have been loyal with for so many years !! Not to mention the fact that my affordability is allowing me to be granted the loan but the bank r effuses for vague reasons . I have other incomes from my business which can even be taken into considerations to boost my personal capacity which also affords the loan on its own. Can my application be reconsidered and re assessed again with no discriminations and be approved as I believe I qualify for this.
I am very disgruntled with the service I got from my bank of over 15 years. I have been so loyal with the bank and have hold all my investments and savings with this bank, with no defaults on anything , even my business accounts are with this bank , only to be rejected on my first mortgage loan application with this bank! with vague reasons. my other incomes are only considered @ 30% because of COVID19 situation while my credit capability alone can afford for my application . If my own bank that I banked with for so many years is failing to assist me with what I need - a 100% bond loan then what must happen. what type of customers do you get to assist with no struggles? what is exactly required for you guys to give me what I want . if my other income was never affected by COVID19 during level 5,4'3 why would you not consider my 100% and be worried , its now level 2 for peace sake what other worst issues can we face comparing level 5 that makes you not to consider/question my affordability ?
I bought a home phone with you guys and had problems in loading airtime as the gadget is not taking the vouchers. and is not even going through when you call . I reported this long time ago , it has been more than 6 months now , I called several times and would be told they do not see anything wrong with the line and that I should go and try it again , only to experience the same problems. what should a customer do to get proper assistance from you guys? why would you sell to clients if you are lazy to assist when there are problems? can this be solved urgently or be returned back if you cant take responsibility in this please.
What is wrong with you guys? you debit my account and you say my account is arrears how dare you. You are messing up my credit record. I called in in February 2020 to report that I no longer own the car that was on your system and you must cancel my contract for that car , you keep debit my account for the same car , you keep calling my that I owe you people , why was the account not cancelled when i called , whose problem is it if it was never cancelled by the person i reported to . What ****es me off is that i was even told i will still pay the last month for the 1 month notice and I agreed , by March my account was not supposed to be debited i reverse the debit orders every month but you still continue debiting and calling . what is your problem? . Your consultants don't know what they are doing because i even asked for a proof to be sent through once this was cancelled and i even followed up to call and check if this was done and nothing but your people keep saying my car was no longer on the list but the debit and calls are not stopping. I want this solved urgently and be cleared as i do not owe you guys a cent. if you see debit orders being reversed every month why continue servicing the client by monitoring and all but you are not receive the money for more than four months ?
I received a very bad service from Capitec bank , being a customer of over 12 years with the bank and they failed to resolve my problem and refund my funds. Firstly i never used MTN service provider and have Cell-c and vodacom lines but my capitec card was transacting in an area i have never visited , let alone knowing where it is , buying airtime with an MTN number (they refused to provide me details for ) i lost more than R2200 on that , 1. my notifications of less than R100 don't report on my cell, i only noticed when amounts were 149 or more , only to check my statement and million airtimes and data to an unknown number from a place i dont know but named MTN ******. i went to enquirer and i was told to go to police station an report , i did that and got no help still , case escalated and no help or resolution i got ,only to be called and told its my fault because i am the one with my pin number and cvv who can buy online , mind you all thee transactions were from MTn shop somewhere in rand-burg side and i've never been that side nor purchased anything there. and they refused totally to refund my money Capitec refund my money ! this is fraud how this can be my fault?? i reported my card and blocked it immediately i noticed this . why is this bank so bad to its customers ?
