I'm very unhappy about being turned away from the lounge after explaining that there was a mishap with my flight bookings and requested to be allowed in earlier than normal. I think its defeats the purpose of the lounge altogether.
I tried to make a claim but in more than a week no one contacted me about processing the claim. Agents received my claim and pass it on to a claims handler that never contacts you
Very efficient friendly and helpful, will use Woodford as my preferred car rental company in future.
I fly Airlink a lot and have had may positive experiences so it gives me no pleasure to relay this incident. I booked a return flight for my son to Lubumbashi. On checking in the ground staff refused to give my son his boarding pass unless he changed his return flight to match his visa expiry date. This despite it being quite standard and normal practice for passengers to apply for visa extensions once in DRC. In addition, when I wrote a complaint, the "investigator" took the ground staff's denial at face value - all I asked for was to re-instate the status of my ticket so I may make another change! Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I find it very upsetting that they seem to have no care for their passengers whatsoever. If I could stop using them, I would. Buyer beware.
I am very disappointed with their service. I paid for my car license online over a month ago. Granted I had other outstanding licenses that needed to be paid, but their website has no integrated way of dealing with these issues together. So instead of getting the car license I need, I received licenses for the vehicles I dont need and still no license for my car. Would not recommend using them

I booked through the website and had to cancel the booking after a few weeks. At first the response to my email cancellation was not great to be honest (no response for several days), but after a few days everything was sorted, I am glad to report that the refund policy was adhered to with no hassles.
My phone number ended up with MBD collections and they wont stop harassing me even though I told them they have the wrong number! I never had an account with Mr Price in my life before - please assist with setting these serial harassers straight, I assume its in your interest!
After numerous calls and countless sms's about a Mr Price account I don't have and never had (sms's are addressed to a Mr Mitchell), I really consider your behavior inappropriate and amounting to harassment
Vodacom listed my name on ITC as a person with an arrears account even though i cancelled my contract 3 years ago. I called the call center at least 4 times to ensure that the account is closed, each time I was told that the account will be closed 30 days hence. I had no choice eventually but to cancel the debit order - despite the call center acknowledging that I called to cancel it, it was never done. Shocking incompetence or perhaps deliberate obtuseness? Now my credit record is affected even though I dont owe Vodacom a cent. Be warned - this can happen to anyone that enters into a contract with Vodacom.
