Remove Debt,has really help changed my life in ways that has helped me to move forward in life.What they say is exactly what they do without and delays and always keeping me up to date on progress every step of the way.They payment arrangement has also made it possible and realistic to afford the charges with is nothing compared to having a free debt background together with a great credit score. I GIVE THEM A 10 OUT OF 10 and recommend them to anyone out with a debt review problem.
Its been close to a month this week were i have my issue with telkom wereby they have cancelled my 3 cell phone contracts without my consent. Its been a week now and a new week starting wereby i am calling in every day with not much feeback. I was informed to liase with back office which I did on email and get an email from them to call billing,billing says they escallating issue to person handling my case to reinstate and still i am being stringed and jughled around getting refered to each other. The coutesy call never happened since last communication.last week monday i had a call wereby i was told that latest my contracts would be reinstated by the 17/10/2024,I was told by the consultant that all calls are recorded and under recorded conversation u would hear that i was re assued my numbers would be actibe and working.Only 1 number is active and the other 2 is not. I wish there would be someone senior and incharge who could get to the bottom of my struggle with Telkom to resolve this issue.Worst part is that there is no courtesy call to reassure the customer. IS this what Telkom serbice has come to,I a customer for over 10 years loyal and still supporting Telkom is treated in this manner is truly sad.
I've had my cell contracts with Telkom for over 10 years. Recently, i've been very appauled at the way i've been treated. The reason why I'm saying this,is because My 3 cellphone contracts has been Cancelled without my permission and without notification. It has been 2 weeks already that I have contacted the billing department who's been giving me the run around and asked me to speak to cancelation department, and thereafter, I was asked to be put through 2 technical department, and then finally I've been asked to speak to sales, which I've done. For the past 2 weeks. I was also given a reference number,And nothing came off that so basically i've been getting the run around and I cannot use any of my contracts since they've all been cancelled. I currently owe nothing on my bill. I have sent all my proof of payments to billing, and despite all of that, the account still remains cancelled. Telkom blunder,they sent me a bill of R 72000.00 after cancelling my contracts without my permission. In getting no help at the call centres, I finally decided to go into the pavilion store to seek help and assistance as to what's happening with my account, and why is this the case. I was advised by one of the salesperson, that this was not the first case where there was a glitch in the system and contracts have been canceled. This is gonna go on to the third week now.I cannot receive any calls. Nor can I make calls, nor can I receive any communication whatsoever, including messages. This few weeks has been a tremendous stress. And inconvenience on my part reason being is that everything is linked to my number. For example my bank accounts etc. If there's a glitch on Telkom system and my account was cancelled, surely can be uncancelled sooner than seven days or rather, two and a half weeks, which is the time line so far. I've been a loyal customer like mentioned for the past ten years and over. I didnt expect treatment like this. Whats worst is the fact that they open up a case and font bother to give u any feedback and then the case gets closed with nothing being redolved. I request that my contracts are restored immediately to avoid any further legalities.
Telkom Customer Sales and other departments has given me the run around for 2 weeks now and still nothing resolveld.Theg.y keep telling u tur around time of 24 to 48 hours and its now 2 weeks and i am still without Fibre line.The lady who did my order in sales left it unattended which made a mess of my application.When u call customer sales they put u through to billing,when you call billing they say sales,then put throught to technical and finally they say back office issues,this is how i have been juggped for 2 weeks now.This is appauling how customers are tdeayed and i am a loyal customer for over 10 years nw.finally i have been to 2 different stores taking off from work anrd they have sent emails to relevant people and still nobody gives feedback.Now the story is that back office is out of stock for routers and further delay,so if i dont get a router my order is still open and i dont have an active line. I am really appauled at the service and the unprofessional manner in whic customer services has handled my case especially the agent by the name of Nocebo who never had the courtesy to even send not 1 update.Team leaders are sent email as per my request,but none of them ever calls and when you call to speak to a team leader they are always unavailable.I am with digust on this matter and dont understand how people of such manner are employed when whe are cut off so offen. The amount of calls that i have been making daily till date is shocking. All i am told now us no stock yet the branches have stock and special case assistance can he made if theg really wanted to.I hope this message reaches the public and i am waiting to see if i get relevant help regarding my case especially since its been the fault of the agent that im still waiting.The other issue is the cost thats incured in buying Data this day in age is not even funny.Trusting This message reaches out to the relevant people.
I would like to make people to know that the company 24fix do notkeep up to the qarranty terms.To me this is false advertising and misleading the people.I got a geyser with 10 year warranty and they refuse to sort out the issue yet it clearly states that my geyser has 10 year warranty.When you put your claim through,you are not even contacted unless you make dozens of calls with sending tons emails.Please be aware of this company.Sadly Warranty claims with 24fix is like not hacing a warranty,.Bottom line dont get scammed.I still am without a geyser now for days without hot water thanks to 24fix.Guys people are catching up with 24fix and soon nobody will want to invest in yr prooduct.
I would like to share my terrible time wasting experience that I have went through with Telkom.Its been a month now since I have moved from ADSL Line to Fibre with Telkom.I am Currently using My old router.Its been about a month now that I am live and since then I am trying to configure my new router which was delivered to me.Apparently my router cannot work since it needs to be configured and it cannot be configured cause my order is still showing open on Telkom side.With many calls,many request,sitting for days and waiting for technicians to come as promised and they never take calls nor pitch up on days promised.I have sat on the Line with Telkom for hour or so at a time trying to resolve this issue and all i am told It takes 24 to 48 hours to close off my order.Other occassions I am told that emails have been sent and there is an It issue.This is been going On for a month.Yesterday 17th of May i was told emails sent to relevent department order will be closed,you can guess if that Happened? Today morning the 18 of May I called again and was Advised that That this is been escalated to It once again.Last week Telkom Agent advised me that this is escalated to her manager and end day will be closed and yet again nothing.All I am gettting is false promises and no Results.To top
I am absolutley disgusted with this companies poor service and the lies involved with the customer which is myself.I had called Duratherm and have been Liasing with Innocent who has been stringing me along from 20 June 2019 till today 27 June 2019 for like a week now. I have told him my geyser is leaking and have stressed upon the importance of the loss of water and the rish of flooding.Innocent has bern promising to authorise my geyser installation since my geyser has a 10 year warranty.Every dsy i am the one calling him and my cell bill is just increasing while he give me fake promises everyday that this issue will get sorted out. Installation guy is afraid to install as he is afraid of not getting paid by Duratherm as they had not paid him for work previously as per him.Innocent dosnt take calls,he gives u this cat and mouse game,gives u false hope and basically lies alot. As s customer he has provided terrible service and i after what i have bern through done reccomend anyone to deal with this type of company were poor service is given as well as emergency situation is just shunned by them.
