The most useless ISP been trying to cancel package since January 2024
Service over the years has since dropped drastically, takes a whole month just to get a new quote. Asking for any policy documentation you will wait another month. No acknowledging of receipt of e-mails or that the e-mail is being actioned
Great customer service from Richardene especially. We could improve on the claims side but everything was sorted the last time. i.e. windscreen claims if selected providers do not have the part provide flexibility for client to get it fixed elsewhere and give full refund instead of clients waiting for selected providers to get the part
The level of service is very disappointing. Phone calls are never answered on time When someone eventually does answer they have no idea how to help you and put you on hold for minutes util call drops and you have to call again.
