My sister's car stucked on the 19th December 2023. We contacted Ford and they said, they can only book it on the week of 27th December 2023 we resorted to Google find Michanic with good reviews we decided to try them they responded very quick sent mechanic to check the car and he said the car is not responding to diagnostic machine. He e sent report to the company that computer box needs to be tested. They sent quotation we agreed and payed the said amount. The following day on the 21st December my sister called them and asked when are they going to collect computer box for testing and they said where they test computer box is closed until the 3rd January 2024. Then my sister asked for refund and they said they will check another company then they sent mechanic to collect it and they said it will be back the following day. They close for festive with our computer box without saying a word. They opened on the 2nd January according to the mechanic but still they remained quiet. My sister called them everyday they were even dropping calls as soon as they hear the name Dorah. O the 5th January they decided to return computer box with no report and job card for the mechanic to fix it to the car. We had to lock the gate and told the mechanic that we are confiscating Michanic car until they take us serious and refund us. We fought to get the so called report over the phone. Until they realize we are not bluffing we really meant business when we say no refund the fate remains locked. Then they refund us and we release their car. Their own mechanic said this is happening for the second time and he always court in the middle. Poor customer service, they run business like ****a shop.
Michanics are worst company that I ever come across with. My sister's car got breakdown on the 19 December 2023 and on the 20th we got Michanics via Google and we contacted them. They sent technician who tried to diagnosed the car but he couldn't because the car was not responding to diagnostic machine and and he told us the only is to take the computer box for testing and he sent report to the company then they sent us quotation then we agreed on it and payed when we make follow of when are they going to collect computer box for testing they said the company that do testing for them is closed and will open on the 3rd January 2024 then we said they must refund us then they said they will check other companies and later they sent technician on the 21st December to come and take it out. On the 22nd December 2023, we checked their progress and that's when they started to ignore our call until the 3rd January 2023. Even today we are still waiting for computer box to return they are taking us for granted this people. We spoke to the likes of Vee, Thabiso and others. This people they are running business like mi****ouses they will never contact you as to what is happening and when you call them all they will tell you is lies after lies. Yesterday they sent us a picture of computer box assuring us that today technician will be here but as I'm writing this review now they are not answering and technician is nowhere. The computer box is for Ford Fiesta.
I invested R160 000 with Marcus Swanepoel CEO and co founder of Luno. He very dishonest and greedy busted. After failing to make withdrawal in numerous occasions I opted for refund of my investment. I was told to pay $100 to get my invested capital. I paid the money on the 23rd December 2023. After sending proof of payment Marcus Swanepoel told me to hold on for total confirmation and that's when he disappeared without responding to my WhatsApp, telegram and emails messages.
This people they will scam you your hard earned money. I started investing R3500 to receive R55000 in 48hours. I already paid R77860 without receiving my profits. When you're due to withdraw there's fees to pay. You comply but still there no withdrawal. I waited more than 30hours since Wednesday eating for the approval of my withdrawal code did that happen nope. They want another R31500 for maintenance really. I have proof of what I'm saying.Marcus Swanepoel is nothing but a blood sucker. Imagine paying R108 360 for investment of R3500.
I sold my car at Mit Mac Motors help by the guy named Marco da Silva. Their professionalism is very good and satisfactory. If you want to sell your car with peace in your nind i recommend them. Even their for was very great.
This people they tricked me to sign with them because all the question I asked them they answered the other wise until they sent me a copy of electronic initialled documents with the confirmation of what I have been asking and they answered me just to convinced me to attache my initials or signature. And immediately after I read the document I called them to inform them that this is not what I have signed for. They started to act dodgy not picking up my calls. I don't want someone or somebody to be in charge of my finances I can do that very well.
Smart Mobile called me and told me my account is in arreas and I told them I don't have account with you. On the 22nd of May 2019 somebody from Smart Mobile advice me to sent copies of ID document with three signatures, affidavit and proof of residents and on the 23rd of May 2019 I sent those documents this people they called me almost everyday and I told them the same thing I dont have an account and on the 14th of June I spoke to Namhla Sodo at their customer service and explain everything that I even sent documents required to investigate the case gues what they did not even bother to attend to my case because the lady said the documents are incomplete the question is why they did not sent me the email and inform me that the documents are incomplete and she said she will sent me an email with a list of all required documents. On the 19th of June 2019 i sent all documents listed on the email to Namhla Sodo and copied customer service also. On the 2nd of July 2019 I sent Namhla Sodo email requesting the progress of my case since she said she will help me with the case. She did not bother to respond to my email. This people are calling everyday and they also deduct an amount of R350 every month in my account. I ask this people how did this person took a cellphone contract from you they said via telesales and I said to them you always said all calls are recorded for quality purpose please sent me the recording when this deal was made they said yes even today they didin't. I told them on one of my emails with them that they know where they delivered the phone and the phone has IMEI number tract it and go and catch yout calprit and stop harrasing me and my bank account. I'm fedup with this people running business as if they run a tuck shop in the location treating me like **** everyday for something I did not do. Smart Mobile are just a bunch of idiots who does not understand the meaning of customer service.
