Be warned, do not use this workshop, the owner and staff are unprofessional, *********** and will ***** from you as well. You can read other reviews from this website, it’s all true as I can confirm that I have experienced the same with them. My vehicle went in for repairs as appointed by Discovery. A 5 day job became 2 months and additionally they burnt my vehicles ECU while in their care. I was without a vehicle for much of this time. At then end of the investigation I was blamed for the damages and had to find my own repairer at my own cost. The electrical damages are significant. Things are even worse, I by mistake paid them as per the insurance process the excess fee twice, they are yet to refund me after numerous emails, WhatsApp and phone calls. The owner became obnoxious and aggressive claiming he had tolerated me for far too long. I will be taking the entire matter to court in due course. Both Discovery, Salvo and J&D Coachworks must be approached with great CAUTION. For now, BE WARNED, they are *********** AND UNPROFESSIONAL. You will see their response, they will attempt to turn the story around and play the victim.
I am not surprised to find a very bad rating for this bussiness here on HelloPeter, Tracker Connect. Wish I had googled them before. Beware future clients, read below.... I have been a client for more than 5 years, never really needed the service but just knowing it was available brought peace of mind. However, I decided that I do not need the service any longer and requested a cancelation. After a week i received a call from my emal request Ref WI2306508. The rep had no problems making the cancellation but at a fee, a cancelation fee in excess of R1000. This infuriated me, more red tape and fine print gangsters, I was angry with the fact that after being a loyal paying client I was now being penalised to cancel. Extortion to push clients to keep the contract instead of paying the cancelation/penalty fee. There is zero logical reason why a client should accept a penalty fee. Instead of partying ways in a nice manner Tracker insisted on making the end bitter. Instead of partying on good terms and with the prospect a happy customer perhaps returning they preffered to milk the client one more time instead and live with the fact that I may never return again. There are other service providers now that can provide this service, so I would never consider going back after that infuriating telephone call and insistence on blackmailing me for a penalty fee. Shame on Tracker, another big bussiness that blackmails the litte guys. There seems not to be a shortage of these types that enforce stupid bussiness policies. I hope they get what they deserve, less and less future clients, and the competition that will learn from their mistakes and outshine them to ensure such bussiness are reduced to zero. The bussiness world is changing and bussineses like these are relics of the past, STAY AWAY from Tracker Connect, they are just stupid.

I was very skeptical about having a mechanical warranty insurance and when my vehicle had a breakdown just 3 months after taking the cover i was not expecting my insurer to provide the support. But they did and covered the maximum under my cover option. Thank you very much.
