Pargo - 3 missing parcels / no response / no refunds
3 parcels lost in 1 week, they have up to a R1000 automatic insurance, if you ask for your money, they ignore you, but they post party photo’s on their facebook page!!! Disgusting and Disgraceful!! Give back the people’s money or parcels or remove your services from facebook and Yaga! There is bad reviews on your facebook page and Hello Peter!! You guys don’t respond even to this! Just showcase your lack of care and pathetic service!!

Poor service
Indaba hotel could have been so good, but unfortunately certain things has caused for me to never return again. I accidentally spilled some drops of sauce on the floor while dishing up breakfast, I told the servant and ask for a serviette to clean it, she gave me toilet paper to clean it my self and said next time I didn’t need to bother her, there is serviettes in the corner that I can get myself, I don’t mind cleaning and I did clean it to prevent anyone from stepping on it or sliding on it, but any good restuarant / hotel would have quickly mopped it up and not let the client pick it up while standing with their plate of food. Just to top it up, all food was cold, only thing that was warm, was the eggs that were made in front of you. At dinner I had to take my empty plates to the waiter as she was collecting empty plates on tables around me but continuously neglected to take mine. Dinner is from 18:00 to 21:30 at 20:00 there where no more lamb chops and upon request they just said sorry there is nothing left pick something else, although its served as part off the buffet. My room had coffee and sugar for the day, next day it was not replaced so seems like 4 sugars must last me for a 3 day stay. I have to say the receptionist and the driver that drove me to the restuarant was very nice, but Indaba will not see me again!

Waiting for phone over 2 months now!!!
I took out a new contract with vodacom online 29 June 2021 - I am still waiting for my phone!! I have called customer care, I have emailed them, I have called online sales, I have leave messages, I contacted them on facebook and on mobi - and got a different answer from each person. I have been told in July that my phone has arrived and will delivered, then nothing. When I phone they said the person has misinformed me. I was told that the color is out of stock and if I change the color I will get the phone - one consultant change it to grafite color, week later 1 changed it to gold. 2 weeks later I was informed there have never been any changes to color made. One consultant told me I will never wait longer than 4 weeks for a phone, one told me never longer than 6 week - lol and here we are at 8 weeks??? And this week I am told to wait till September - because maybe there is a phone than for me?? Customer care/complaints has given 0 help!!!

Awesome and Clean playground with Very Good Service
If you have little kids and you want to spoil them for the day, take them to Hyto Tyto. A friend of mine told me about this place and because there are only a few nice playgrounds for kids in SA, I decided to visit them with my son and I have to say it is by far our favorite place. There are slides, swings, a fountain, a fairy garden, a mud kitchen, a s****** garage and car wash, a big circle jumping ball, a train honestly there are a lot of things to do. The food was also great and the kiddies food stood out for me, they actually cater for them and it looks absolutely gorgeous. There is even little garden chairs and tables for the little ones. The staff that assist with looking after the kids are very friendly and very helpful, the even play with the kids. We visit them now on a regular basis and are so glad and thankful that they are open again after locked down.
